After multiple calls and expense over the last 3 years, I called Roto-Rooter. What a change! Joel Marlow my technician came out looked at my sewer with a camera explained to me what he saw, and fit me in the next day. He spent the whole day replacing and installing new piping and in fact found the problem no one else had found. He put in a new clean out and stayed even into the dark to make sure my system was working. After spending over 10,000 dollars on previous repairs that didn’t fix the problem my first call will always be Roto-Rooter!

In the past month I’ve had Roto Rooter out multiple times. Typical homeowner issues of once one thing goes it begins a cycle of everything goes. All the employees I’ve spoken to have been kind and courteous. From the front office (Jackie) to the technicians (shout out to Robert and David) it’s been a pleasant experience each time. Yes, you can probably find someone cheaper to do the job but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I would rather pay and know it’s done right the first time. They show up in the time frame given and get the job done quickly.

The guy showed up, cleaned out the stopped up drain and left the house. The job was preformed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. What more could you ask for?

Our job is still in progress, but Charles, the technician, did an excellent job of explaining his diagnostic process and possible fixes that could be more effective and cost efficient. He was courteous and careful, and came in less than 24 hours of our call. We appreciate Kelly, the dispatcher, who was also great to work with and quick to respond.

Charles and two other crew members came out and spent an hour diagnosing my problem. I was not charged because it was in the middle of the street and the city has to deal with it. But Charles and the crew were very professional, and did a great job running a snake and camera and diagnosing the problem. I really appreciate them! Very professional.
