Last night, I noticed a puddle of water by my toilet. Thinking this was odd, as it was under my plunger, I started to investigate and found an active leak from the wall pipe. As a first-time homeowner, I tried to fix it, which only made the leak worse. I learned about Apex through my mother. I also noticed they had been servicing my neighbor, so I gave them a call. They came out later that day. The leak was fixed within two hours of my call. I am truly thankful for the speedy service and explanation by my technician.

Plumber called me personally to discuss details on what all needed to be completed. Would definitely recommend. Apex has very good service.

Said I had this major problem. It was going to be 900 for a water heater they replaced 2 years ago. Had someone else look at it and it was fine. They are trying to rob people. Be careful!!

Very happy with my experience with Apex. Rodney was professional and did his job well. If I ever have any more problems with my plumbing, I will call Apex as they work with you on time and show up when they are supposed to! Apex prices are very reasonable as well!!

Mr. Rodney Raley, just serviced our septic tank, he was prompt on time. He was professional, very efficient and courteous. Apex’s price was accurate and competitive. Rodney cleaned up and made sure that I was happy with his work before he left.

WARNING! Had this plumber out to handle an issue, which was not properly diagnosed or fixed. After cutting a large hole in my ceiling and allegedly repairing issue, we had ceiling replaced and painted. Soon after, water came pouring into the same spot.
Further investigation by another professional identified that the overflow valve was never addressed. Called this guy to tell him we had isolated the real issue and he yelled "Then use that plumber!" and hung up on me.
BBB contacted.

Our hot water heater started leaking, so we called another company who was supposed to come out and give us an estimate. They never showed up. So I gave Hager Plumbing a call. Mr. Hager was very nice, and informative. He diagnosed our issue quickly and was very upfront with the cost and everything he would have to do to fix our problem. He had to do a full replacement of the water heater. When he was done he fully explained everything to both me and my husband, so we both know how to work it and take care of everything properly. I highly recommend his services!!

A great selection of plumbing materials at his location. We started visiting here a year or 2 ago and now its my go to location and always my first choice. Service is great and they have knowledgeable reps that can help you make the correct choices. In my opinion its the best supply house in Lexington. If you haven't given them a try do yourself a favor and just walk in and give them a look you won't be disappointed.
