Zoom scheduled me immediately & showed up on time. The technician Nathan White was polite & knowledgeable. He went above & beyond to clear my pipe an answered every question I had. Also the work area was cleaned up immaculate! Highly recommend this company!!

Technician arrived within an hour of first call. Was given a narrow time range of 30 min as to when to expect arrival (rather than typical 2 hour window) and also a text when they were on the way. Nathan was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained the problem as well as other possible causes and things to watch for. Visit was quick, issue fixed, and the price was very reasonable, actually cheaper than typical service call fees. Definitely recommend and will be calling for any plumbing needs! Finally I don’t have to listen every time my washer runs for a possible overflow. Thanks to the ZoomDrain team drain lines have been cleaned and replaced with PVC. Everything they did was carefully done. The removal of some ceiling tile was so neatly done that my grandson was easily able to replace it. Thank you for good work well done.

The Zoom Drain team utilized their state of the art camera, truck an equipment to identify and repair multiple outdoor down spout drain lines around our home that had been damaged due to irrigation piping being poorly installed years earlier. The gutter system was backing up and pooling large amounts of water around our home during the strong rain storms over the last few weeks. All of the gutter drain systems that were serviced are now working well and keeping the water away from the house.

We are very happy that we worked with Alec and Tyler! We were having issues with our garage flooding and suspected that the issue had to do with a clogged pipe that was supposed to divert water away from our house. I researched who to contact and found Zoom drain and ended up only reaching out to them because they had great reviews on NextDoor and on Google. It seemed that most customers appreciated their responsiveness, their expertise, and their professionalism. I had a very consistent experience with them - scheduling was very easy and they worked with my schedule and came when they said they would. They found the issue and it unfortunately was a completely collapsed pipe that required more work than I was expecting. Thankfully, they gave me a quote for repair prior to starting the work and returned later that morning to fix the pipe. It has been several weeks and we have had some good rains and we have not had any issues with flooding whatsoever. I appreciated that the owner, Tyler, personally called me to troubleshoot prior to our appointment and he also came with Alec to investigate the flooding issue. Alec was also knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our pipe and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Highly recommend!

The original gentleman I spoke with was informative and helpful. (Possibly the owner) Nathan was my tech who came for my sewer line clog. Extremely professional and efficient. I highly recommend Zoom Drain. They were easily to book in the time frame I had available to meet them. I got a call to let me know they were on their way, and a photo of the technician via text, which is a great safety precaution.
