They do excellent plumbing. The problem is they don't show up. You have an appointment and have put the time aside to be there. They just don't come and when I called their business mail box is 'full.' No way to leave a message, no follow up from them, nothing. Hate to lose such good plumbers but can't do this anymore. This has happened twice.

He installed a water heater for us, but never obtained a permit for it. We found out about this after and requested that he pull a permit so that the installation could be inspected for any code issues. We paid the fee immediately for the permit, but I have called for 3 weeks almost daily without getting the permit sent by email, text, or otherwise. Every time he says he will get it to me, he somehow forgets. I called the inspection for fayette plumbing and they say he never submitted the permit, they have nothing. I speak to him almost ever other day, there is just no way someone should be able to successfully run a business with this kind of service and unprofessional manner. I’ve never had problems with communication like this from a local company before, it’s truly abysmal. If you want something done right, don’t use Johnny pipe wrench.

Team did not reinstall our laundry drain properly after they disconnected it to drain the old hot water tank before removing it. Doing laundry the first time since their visit heard an odd noise ran to our laundry on 2nd floor to see a flooded room. Tried to call their line and was told well what do you want me to do but no help offered. Cleaned all day, friends brought over fans, and having damaged assessed in multiple rooms and ceilings from this mess created due to a careless mistake. They also did not wear shoe covers if the house and new carpet was stained after they left that I had to clean which is now soaked. Not a winner in my books!
Their rates for a new gas hot water tank are also above market research so poor service and uncompetitive rates = would not recommend.

I went there to get some underground water line material and I was not sure what I needed. Several of the guys there worked together to get me exactly what I needed. The service was excellent and the prices are fair. Will definitely be my new plumbing supply place.

On a recent fishing trip I came across a friend who is in sales at Masters Supply in Lexington. During our conversation I mentioned some issues I have had with my home in Winchester that caused considerable damage. Without hesitation Justin immediately ask me to stop by on Monday and look at a Milwaukie tool that he had that could forever end my drama in my home.

The following week I did go see Justin and he proceeded to demonstrate the Milwaukie M12 Stick, and so I bought it. Took it home where it has sat in a utility room for months. I often wondered if I would ever find a reason for such a purchase.

Disaster struck at my house again yesterday when a sewer pump in my basement failed allowing nasty water to enter into the next room. Immediately ran and grabbed my M12 Stick and after removing the lid to the holding tank, I dropped in the stick and Immediately got a response that saved my carpet. Easy to operate I strongly recommend this pump for any homeowner.

Thanks to his willingness to share with me on his personal time off work and out fishing, disaster was avoided.

I have used many vendors over several remodels and they are the absolute worst. I ordered everything for a master bath remodel. All of it was delayed, zero communication from the salesperson unless I repeatedly called and emailed. Two deliveries never arrived as scheduled. I ended up having to go pick everything up myself the second time. Save yourself a ton of time and headaches, go to Ferguson.

We just recently started purchasing from Masters' Supply out of Lexington, KY. I have to say, hands down the best service from a company. Justin Lear, from this branch goes above and beyond to service our company with the material we need in a timely matter.

I have been a customer of Master's Supply for over 30 years. In that time I have seen a lot of people come and go. The team that Kevin has built around the company right now is some of the best in the plumbing industry. It is hard to find sales associates with the knowledge that you will find here. In no order, the counter guys Russ, Evan, Joe and Matt are an excellent team. They all work well together to help each other and to ensure that you as the customer get what you are asking for.

The service doesn't stop at the counter. The inside sales team are always ready to help you find that difficult part or help to get you whatever you might need that isn't readily stocked. And if you don't have the time or means of doing a pick up, Scott and the shipping department will get you your order in a timely manner as well. Last but certainly not least are the showroom associates. I look at things probably a bit different than what a homeowner will when it comes to having someone knowledgeable who you can turn to in order to have help in finding the right style of plumbing accessories. I need a person who can identify exactly what brand I might be working on and can help me to get the right replacement parts or a new faucet of fixture if that is the case.

You cannot find (remember my 30 plus years of doing this) this type of knowledge just anywhere. Some of the larger showrooms in town would rather deal with the high end clientele than the service plumber, so having that personal connection is hard to find. It's truly a stress reliever knowing you have knowledge and someone you can call a friend there for you when you need them.
