Bone Dry Roofing

Need roof replaced on shed. Job was done professionally. On time. No issues. Like that they share pictures before, during and after job. Will use them again when needed.

Working with Bone Dry was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had.

Quality-wise, Bone Dry did an acceptable job with our gutters, but their communication was absolutely awful. We signed a contract for our gutters in April and it took over a MONTH to get a call back to get on their schedule. I had to call and text repeatedly just to get someone to reply to me! I understand if it's a busy season for you, but at least give your customer a call to set expectations about when the job will be done. Instead I got radio silence.

Then after a month, they said they would come out on Wednesday. Great! Well, Wednesday morning comes and I get a text 15 minutes before they're supposed to arrive saying that they actually won't come because it's supposed to be windy. Could they not have looked up the forecast in advance of promising me they would be there? Thank goodness I didn't have to take off work to wait for them.

Their crew was not very professional – I listened to at least one of their workers have a lengthy phone call about little league tee-ball when they were supposed to be working...so a one-day job turned into a two-day job. That's not to mention the fact that they did zero cleanup. I found multiple screws, nails, and sharp scraps of metal in and around our driveway and where our kids play.

I am thankful to have this project done and behind me, because I will not be using Bone Dry Roofing again. I would NOT recommend them.

Alex, the roofing repair Division Manager, was fast to respond to check out a roof leak. The roof was very recently installed by some fly-by-night company from northern Kentucky, that was chasing hail storm damage for repairs. Needless to say, roofing around one of my vent pipes was incorrectly installed, hence the leak.
Alex pointed out the problem and arranged for one of the company’s technicians, Martin, to come and make repairs. He came earlier than expected, and showed up on time and was efficient and thorough!
Nice people and good service. I would call again if needed.
