    Scam alert.

Do not waste your time with this company

This company is a scam. They get a hold of your credit card, and rip you off. They came to my restaurant, misdiagnosed a problem and tried to sell me a new motor for my dishwasher, when it was a minor problem. Then, I get a bill for over $250. Do not use this company!

Top notch professional service. Always providing fair quotes for service/repairs.

Called to schedule a repair, requested a courtesy call prior to arrival as they charge destination fees. Didn't get a call, repair man showed up and didnt do anything but my business still got charged. I specifically requested a courtesy call to avoid the fee as I had scheduled other technicians. Be wary of poor customer service

Edit* The branch manager reached out to provide a refund. Adjusting to 4 stars. Thank you

We repaired oven form this company first they took more days to repair than most company does. As well as the technician had limited knowledge about the repair. Once the repair is done I call the company to under stand what job they had performed on the oven and how they charge us, they told me the manger will call me and let me know about it. Today it been almost two month no one called me yet. So, bad customer service experience I had.

I had the good fortune to have William King in my home to repair my fridge. Excellent service with a great attitude. Highly recommend them.

William was friendly, respectful & I believe very honest about the problem as well the repairs needed. I will definitely call again when I need services on appliances.

Price your parts before letting them fix anything. He tried to charge me $190 for for a $50 part and wanted $100 to plug it in (the part literally just plugged in). Guess it was worth the $45 for diagnostics but I would never let them in my house again. Morals should account for something in business...

Precision was punctual, knowledgeable, fast fix and low cost. Will definitely call again if an appliance repair is needed.

They repaired my 40-year-old drop-in range that I didn't think was repairable. That saved me remodeling expenses to move cabinets since that size range isn't being made at this time. It works great!

Called, two hours later the guy is here, opened up the washer, took pictures of the problem, said they had the parts in stock he would get them and come back to fix it. An hour later it is fixed and I am washing laundry. Quick, efficient and reasonable. We will use them again.

William did a great job replacing my washer dryer hoses. On time, left work area clean.

Wow, that was refreshing. They came out same day, called when they were on the way, showed me what was wrong (just a clogged filter) and how to fix it myself next time. And their rates are very fair! I just put their sticker on my machine for the next time I have a problem. I recommend them highly.

William was able to come right away. He knew exactly what was wrong and even helped us save some money. I put him in my contacts and will definitely call him again!!

Called business to get a ballpark figure of service fee for my broken washer. After describing the problem to the service rep over the phone, he was incredibly honest, straight forward and said 'With the amount of money you'll spend on labor to fix it, you'll better off buying a new washer." Based on his feedback, I mentioned I was going to try and fix it myself. He even told me where to find the parts locally. Really appreciated the honesty. I recommend these guys even though I haven't used them to fix something, this says alot about a company. They're clearly driven by principal and not greed. We should support businesses like this.
