Very pleased with the service we received for our dish washer leak/repair. They were very prompt with our service call, Technician was very upfront and honest about assessment, provided repair alternatives and was very professional and courteous. Definitely High Quality Service.

I contacted Precision Appliance after a bad experience with another company. They were quick to come out, showed up at the time they said they would arrive, were very professional, and had fair prices. I will use Precision in the future for any appliance issues I run into.

Great service. They were able to come the same day, and were very professional. He used computer software to look at the the repair procedure for my specific model. A little on the pricey side, but worth it to have an experienced professional in your house.

I called Precision and instead of coming out and collecting a fee for diagnostics, he recommended I purchase a new washing machine based on his experience. Wow! Refreshing honesty. Their number went right on our phone number list for the next time we have an appliance issue.

After moving into a new house I was given a used refrigerator from a friend. Once it was moved into my house it no longer got cold. I called Precision Appliance a little before 8am and had a repairman to my in 20 minutes. He was nice and courteous and very helpful. It ended up being a freon leak and it would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. He not only referred me to a used appliance dealer but also advised me what to look for in a used fridge to avoid buying a dud. He even called me a few minutes after he left to advise that he went on the Lowe's website and found a comparable fridge with price and texted me the info. William was great! They did not repair but would still suggest to anyone looking for a competent repair company.

I honestly have no idea what they are like in person but they did provide free advice over the phone on how to get my front loading washer to stop smelling. It worked! I will call them when I need them for future repairs! Much appreciated.

Very professional and courteous. However, when I called to schedule I let the scheduler know I believed my bearings were shot. He scheduled me and the technician said yes the bearings were shot. It would cost about 1000 to repair. I spent 135 on a service call for a repair that would cost more than the replacement. I feel the scheduler could have given me a rough estimate. I guess lesson learned. Feels like a this was an expensive 15 min lesson.

I had a problem with my dryer. I called 3 or 4 places before calling Precision. They all said, just buy a new dryer, without looking at my dryer. I called Precision and they were out the next business day. The tech called and told me he was on his way. 30 minutes later he was at my house. He took my dryer apart in less than 10 minutes and had the faulty part replaced in 10. He was at in and out within 30 minutes. When everyone else told me they wouldn't look at my dryer. These guys came out and fixed it in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Promptly found problem and advised the solution, with pricing. Repaired as needed and washer operating well.

William has come out to repair several of our appliances over the last 5 years. He and his crew are responsive, professional and always on time. Today he showed me how to unclog my washer drain area so I can do it myself next time. I have recommended Precision Appliance a number of times and this is why!

The repairman was at my house less than an hour after I called. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything he needed to in advance of doing it and made sure I approved of the cost. He gave me several options to choose from. He completed the repairs quickly and I didn't lose any food. I would definitely recommend Precision.

I had the worst experience with my Frigidaire refrigerator not getting cold in my refrigerator section . Freezer was freezing perfect , but my refrigerator section was getting warmer and warmer every minute. I had no clue, so I was gonna go to buy a new refrigerator. But honestly my money was tight , and I got lucky my wife said why don’t we repair it. Honestly this is my first repair .so I looked up a repair company called Precision appliance, they had a great rating on the internet and their website was super easy to read. But still I’m worried, so I set appointment , then two hours later a truck pulled in my drive way logged up . Still nervous, the gentleman that got out was very clean cut and professional . I welcomed him in and he introduced his self as William King. So I walked him back to my refrigerator . He asked me what it was doing wrong and I explained . And I was so relieved his response was we see this often and it’s a common affordable repair. He then started disassembling so I went in my living room . 15 minutes later he told me he has it figured out and that I had some bad baffle motor . I have no clue what that is but he said it opens up and let’s the cold air from the freezer enter the refrigerator side. So I’m expecting now it’s time to wait on part . He then tells me I’ll have you repaired in 45 minutes . So all of my worries disappeared. 45 minutes later he tells me give it a couple hours to be filled back up and your good To go . I then paid him and the price was affordable the refrigerator I have was only 250.00 for total repair. So bottom line thank you Mr.King your service was exceptional and I highly recommend your services to all my friends and family members and I’ll continue to use you on all of my appliances. Thanks Precision appliance.

Had a great experience with Precision! The owner called and asked to come by earlier than scheduled, which worked great for me! He had my issue diagnosed in no time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Even walked me through what my best buying options would be when time comes to replace my machine. Absolutely recommend and will call again for any future repair needs!

What a great experience! The tech was on time, and was very professional and respectful during the entire appointment. Fixed the issue in a timely manner, and was a lot cheaper than what I was expecting. He also gave me advice on how to properly use my washer so the problem will not be reoccurring!
