Very pleased with an elegant remodel of my small bathroom. Tile, plumbing and electrical were exceptional. Kudos to manager Laura who finished the project in time for guests arriving from out of town

Kiel and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish as they helped us envision an elevated outdoor space that has become a true respite. They were courteous, on time and very receptive to our needs throughout the project and we couldn't be happier with the result.

We worked with Kiel and Becca on our rental property and were extremely happy with the results. Becca was very communicative and happy to provide suggestions when needed. Our house is very old and needed a lot of work and it looks amazing now. We have some other projects and hope to use them again!

We've known Kiel over 15 years and have used him for numerous projects. He never disappoints! His team, especially Dawn and Paul, are very detailed and communicate well. KTC has built us a garage, added on to our home, built a deck, renovated a new bath and other areas...it not only significantly increased the value of our home, it gave us a real oasis to live! If you hire a contractor and they say they also work at calhoun run! There is a chance it will be the guy we hired who screwed us and ran off with the money.

To have them park in the striped area next to a handicap spot as to make me unable to have me power chair brought to my door is unacceptable. Yes we were parked first. This should be addressed.
