I have had Homeserve for over 10 years and have only used them for heating maintenance,nothing major. I recently had a problem with my light fixtures in my bathroom in a home I moved into only a year ago. They sent an electrician out from as he was trying to figure out what was wrong he blew the power out in my bedroom on one side. He said oops I'm not sure why that happened somethings not right, I have to talk to HomeServe and see what they say. Mind you now I've been without power to my side of my bedroom for over a week and nobody called. I called HomeServe letting them know I need my side of my room working because I have to use my sleep machine to keep my oxygen up. They said they would get someone to call me. They call the next day saying that my bathroom was rewired wrong and they don't pay for nothing but normal wear and tear. I explained that I moved in my house like that but if they can't fix it, have the company come back out and fix my side of the bedroom and put my fixtures back up and I'll figure things out. They said they couldn't do that and the company that came out would give me a quote on fixing it all. No matter how they tried to explain it it does not make since to me. I will be letting them go and finding a better company. I have spent years of money with them and this is how they treat people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Home serve gave me a price of $4.99 it ended up being $16.41 then when I tried to cancel I was talked to like I was a clown, laughed at then told to call the water company. Hours later and a call loop from homeserve and the Louisville company my account is still being charged. DO NOT use this service.

This is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. You pay for this insurance. I called in claim that I had a water leak they called right away to schedule an appointment a week later. They show up and this is something they can't take care of they scheduled a different department another week and a half later when he showed up it was the wrong guy so they had to schedule another guy a week later he shows up he can't do anything because he's the wrong guy. Bottom line I have been without water for 2 months yes 8 weeks turning my water on and off for 5 minutes. Then I get a call today and they want to reschedule it for later again. This insurance is absolutely garbage. I caught a plumber 3 years ago for a similar problem they showed up the same day evaluated the problem and came back a week later and repaired it in one day. You're better off to save your money and pay for it yourself with a Reliable Plumbing Company.

Chris and Rich have been very helpful in getting all things updated and in order on the condo we moved to in September. He’s knowledgeable about all things: electric, plumbing, flooring , patio and fencing etc. He’s dependable and show up on time. He’s my go-to man! Glad my neighbor recommended him.

I found Red Brass Plumbing on the Bradford White website. We were looking to replace our hot water heater and found. Surprisingly, Andrew was the only local plumber who is listed as BW "Factory Trained." Andrew is extremely knowledgeable. I took five bids and Andrew's price was very reasonable. The work was performed meticulously and efficiently. I recommend Red Brass Plumbing without reservation.

The best plumber you could call. Always on time, always answer the phone, and they always fix your plumbing issues! We have recommended them to so many people because of how outstanding they are! They break the mold from other contractors which is refreshing. Keep it up guys!

Cooper came out and fixed the plumbing beneath one of our tubs, cleaned up and everything has been running great since! Oh and the price was much lower than one of the big box names. Highly recommend.

Andrew did a first class job for us. We will definitely use his services again. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted, so we left some of the choices up to him. We couldn't be more pleased. I've heard so many horror stories about contractors taking forever, but Andrew was always here when he promised. He completed our whirlpool tub in no time, and that was during the Christmas season.

Red Brass Plumbing was very responsive to my plumbing inquiry and Cooper was an awesome and professional tech. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and everything was fixed the day of him inspecting and diagnosing the issues. I would definitely recommend and hire them again.

Red Brass Plumbing arrived when expected and did a great job. The tight area where part of this bathroom project took place was a challenge but didn't have any effect on the workmanship. The job was done as promised and exceeded my expectations. This was an older house where it was clear that the previous work had been done in in an effort to shortcut proper work quality. Red Brass Plumbing corrected these problems without comment on the prior workmanship and simply got the work done correctly.

We just moved into an older house in Louisville and were looking for a plumber. Luckily we stumbled across Andrew Martin with Red Brass Plumbing. He called back quickly and came over and evaluated any issues he saw and gave us a reasonable quote. We arranged to have the work done (new toilets, some some shut-offs, some pipe replacements and new faucets). Andrew came in and knocked it out of the ball park at a reasonable price. I'm glad to say we've got a new plumber. I can't recommend
him too highly.

I have been using Red Brass since last year (2022), and they are simply the best - my new house came with some plumbing issues, and Andrew has been an expert at handling all of them. He is super responsive and friendly - when I had my sink backing up into the basement last winter, he was great at making me feel like it was going to be easily managed issue versus my 'panic mode' haha :) I believe my uncle got a hot water heater put in by Red Brass last year as well, and he was very happy with the service. Excellent value for excellent work!

Andrew was very knowledgeable and personable. Once the shower was installed, it was beautiful and we knew we needed a new floor. It was a tough job taking up the old ceramic tile however Andrew completed it in a timely manner. Our bathroom looks great and we definitely will continue calling Andrew for our plumbing needs.

Andrew came out to assess the work I needed and provided a very reasonable quote by the end of the day. He proactively suggested cost-saving alternatives without being asked. Despite it being a large job, he completed everything quickly and efficiently, and the quality of his work was excellent. I would highly recommend him!!!
