Working with Chris, the owner of Louisville Roofing and Siding, has been a blessing. He is professional and personable and has been able to take care of two jobs for us (the first being repair and replacement of siding and gutter where a possum was taking up residence and the second being repair of a hand rail and damaged ceiling in a stairwell). In both instances the work was done in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. He will continue to be our choice for repairs in the future and I highly recommend his company to anyone who has gotten the run-around or had a bad experience with other handy/repair companies in our area.

Louisville Roofing and Siding, Inc. is a wonderful company to work with!! They do exceptional work, are timely, and really listen to their clients' needs. Their prices are affordable and the staff is pleasant to work with. They are always responsive and on time. Most importantly, the quality of the work is superb. I wouldn't go with any other company!

Blown away by the great service and responsiveness. The locksmith, Chris, arrived within 20 minutes of my emergency call and was extremely professional. He went the extra mile to fix my complicated lock issue and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the pricing. He made what was a very stressful situation for me much easier. After collecting a few quotes, we decided to go with them for our siding replacement. The entire experience was wonderful, they not only did what they promised but also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Any needed changes were run by us first for approval. I would give more than 5 stars for the professionalism and adherence to the quoted timeline.

I called LR &S to get a replacement door for my home. Todd was very helpful, in selecting a door that looks wonderful and was affordable for my budget. He went above and beyond, he made sure that was completely satisfied with door and installation.

This company is bound to be one of the Best in Louisville, if not THE Best. The owner, Chris, stays pretty busy, though; so it might take him a half a day or a day to return your call when you first call. But once he sets up his initial appointment and estimates your job, he is good about follow-up and responding to your calls or texts. In my case, his bid was very competitive and affordable and his siding crew did an excellent job. They are also able to do repair work if things need repairing or upgrading prior to installing the siding. They also did some gutter work for me, and I was very pleased with all of their work. They were also very efficient and worked quickly. I Definitely recommend this company.

I contracted Louisville roofing to install a new roof and repair leaks from defecive construction. Brandon Neal was my point of contact and managed the work personally. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job efficiently, professionally, and in a most cost effective way. The aforementioned defective construction had caused a leak inside the home and Brandon was able to contract that drywall and paint repair as well (one stop shopping which saved time and money). They also did some siding repair on the home and were able to salvage the 23 year old siding and only repair the section needed. I highly recommend that you give Louisville Roofing and opportunity for your roofing and siding needs. Ask specifically for Brandon if he is not your first contact.

Brandon Neal was amazing from start to finish he communicated every step of the way. I had some issues with my insurance company paying them. Brandon and Chris the owner got with me helped me get the situation worked out in they never held it against me or treated me unfairly due to the matter. The whole team was nothing but welcoming, understand, friendly, and respectful. Also the work was phenomenally done they upgraded my roof and home value.

We used Louisville Roofing & Siding for a siding project, a windstorm having knocked panels off one side of our 115 year-old house. The scope of the project grew as the underside revealed a rotted sill plate -- lumber at the foundation of the house. And there was still some mission creep yet to come, as we learned that water had been getting behind an improperly installed window frame.

But we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We did get several bids in advance, ranging from quick patch jobs to work more extensive than we eventually carried out. Todd gave us options and we sorted out the insurance part of the equation. A big reason why we went with Louisville Roofing & Siding was because they were both transparent and communicative from the beginning. Chris was great to work with, and the poor guy had to go to Lexington twice to get the siding we needed. This was not a small job, nor was it an easy one, but we never felt lost along the way.

Most importantly, we were thrilled with the workmanship. Marcos is a maestro, and he rightfully takes a lot of pride in his work. I have the luxury of working from home, so I was able to extensively see him in action.

We will definitely think of Louisville Roofing & Siding first if and when we have another project.

Great service and end result - constant contact (in person and email) & stress free communication. Install went as planned - contractor listened to additional needs, brought up potential changes (when they found hidden issues) for my approval - and made sure to follow up that everything was to my satisfaction. We had a flat rolled roof and house siding installed.

Professional crew with great workmanship. DeGrella tile did the ceramic work on our office building about 6 years ago and it looked great. We needed repairs due to plumbing damage. DeGrella was able to do an exact tile match and replace an entire restroom floor while we were open for patient care. The crew was neat, professional and polite. Most importantly, their work was perfect -- absolutely flawless.

Nice people, good in prices and fastes

I would never call this company for any work. When their employees driving company vehicles are out driving like idiots it does not send a good message to potential customers. I had one of their employees pull out in front of me to the point I had to slam on my brakes. Then they had to stop everyone in the lane I was in because they had to get over farther. This would have all been avoided if they knew what traffic lights are for. Again this lack of common sense proves to me that I would never hire them.

Pat at Sanders Sales & Service knows everything there is to know about septic systems, grinder pumps, ejector pumps and wiring them. We had another company come out to repair/replace our Zoeller pump which had failed. The other plumbing/electric company spent over 12 hours here on multiple days with no success even after replacing the pump with a new Zoeller one. Sanders Sales and Service was here for less than 2 hours and everything is completely fixed. They saved me after one week without use of my home plumbing. I give them 5-stars for knowledge, responsiveness and overall courtesy. Whole-heartedly recommend them for any and all of your pump needs.
