Bath experts were very professional, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. It was incredible to have the whole tear out and rebuild done in 8 hours flat! We are very happy with the results. Being able to complete the whole job in 1 day was a big deal to us. Highly recommended.

They did a fantastic job. We love our new shower. Would highly recommend.

They did a great 😊 really love it and I would recommend my family and close friends to do their bathroom. Everything is good with our new shower 😊

Note: I did not hire Bath Experts. I only had an in-home consultation. Had I known what I found out at my appointment, I would not have made the appointment. I wasted my time and the salesperson's time.

One (BIG) thing they do not mention anywhere on their website, is that they only use composite materials, which look SO fake. They DO NOT use ceramic, porcelain, stone, glass, etc. They are a Jacuzzi-only provider/brand/maker/whatever you want to call them. They work only with a handful of various composite materials and patterns, which mimic marble and stone patterns. They are all very fake and plastic-y feeling. I wish I took some photos, because the materials clearly look fake.

I am not a fan of using materials that try to pretend to be something they are not. And that is the only thing that Bath Experts offers.

The quote they gave me is by far the most expensive option I have seen, and made my jaw drop. The first number thrown at me was $30,000. For a shower stall. It is a comical price. Though that number decreased with repeated offers of "sign with us today" and/or pay over XX months and/or pay interest.
FYI: Hiring a remodeling company or contractor would be half (or less) of that cost, AND you can utilize "real" materials.

I do want to say that the salesperson was super nice and I appreciate his time. He was just doing his job, so I do not fault him for anything. I just was not expecting a 45-minute long sales presentation (complete with a powerpoint).

Overall, just know what you are getting into. But I would do a prefab shower over using Bath Experts. If it's going to be composite, just make it look like composite. Fake is fake.

We had a very good experience with Bath Experts-Louisville. The product itself was just what we needed. The person who did the installation, Brock, was super nice and very professional. He did an outstanding job and it was done in one day. He left no mess whatsoever and was careful not to scratch anything like our wooden floors. He was very pleasant and when the job was completed he was sure to show us everything about it and gave us pointers on shower curtains, keeping it clean, etc. I would highly recommend using this company and I’d like to thank Brock for his professionalism and for being friendly which made a great customer experience for us.

Unfortunately, the cost was way over my budget so i cancelled the order. But Danny the representative who came to my home was and us an AWESOME person!! I reside in kentucky and Danny and I spine about everything. He assisted with getting me approved and there was another lady, Apologies for not remembering her name, but the shower was in my budget, I would be enjoying a beautiful new walk-in shower. Again, the 5 star rating is definitely for Bath Experts Rep Danny, the other Lady I cant recall her name 😫. I need a third job to afford the shower. Thank you Bath Experts!

Cody Young and Nikolas Simpson from Bath Experts just finished up with our shower remodel. We couldn’t be happier!!! It looks fantastic! The two young men were prompt, polite, professional and efficient. What they were able to accomplish in two days was amazing, and ours was a “difficult” install because of a curved window. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a shower upgrade!!!

They did damage to our wall and ceiling. The technician also had a large gap that he tried to fill with caulk so we have a very wide (an inch) on one of the seams. My husband has tried repeatedly to get them to stand behind the work and they don’t return the messages.

Nykolas was my installer and he did a great job!! I really like my walk in shower and it’s much safer for me!!

Bath Experts did an EXCELLENT job on our tub to walk-in shower conversion. Our installers, Brock and Anthony were real craftsmen AND were kind, considerate and polite during the ONE DAY they were here.

We love our new Waik in Shower and looks beautiful. The two young men that came to do the installation werè so personable. The two that did ours was Cam and Brady. They worked very hard from start to finish. I would recommend Bath Experts to anyone that ask about our shower.

Nick S has an outstanding work ethic. Was the sole person on the job for most of the day. Very courteous, personable, professional and industrious. Although Brock H had surely already had a long day, he came around 6pm to help Nick finish the install. Nick’s usual partner had been taken seriously ill. Brock was also very personable, courteous and professional. Though it was nearly 11pm when they finished, he patiently showed us the workings of our new shower. Kudos to both men.

We had a shower drip yesterday and Brock saved the day for us by coming out today and fixing our leak!👏🏻we love our new Walk in shower,so easy to clean and the access is so easy for us to step in and out!..If you need an installer I highly recommend Brock he is super nice,kind and genuine and does professional work!👏🏻😊I would like to add Anthony also did fantastic work on our tub to walk in shower conversion.He was super nice,kind,and cleaned up during the renovation!Attttt👏🏻😊

The work was completed within 6 hours. I am very happy with the results.

We live in a mid 70's ranch and needed a walk-in shower for ease of entry and exit. Bath Experts did a very good job on the update. It's really nice to have a large space for your shower. But we didn't get a control that would allow us to control the water pressure coming out of the shower heads. But Bath Experts is working with us and installing a water control valve to the rain shower head. It will help us save on our water bill, I hope. The shower looks great!

Nikolas Simpson and Cam Davis did an EXCELLENT job. Communicated well and worked fast. Very happy with the results!!!

It took less than one day for job to be completed. Installer’s were professional and very courteous!! I highly recommend them!!

Ifni goild gice 1/2 a star I would. Horrible experience still dealing with the aftermath of a mess. Do not recommend this company!
