The installation by Cody and Nick was first rate. The coordination with the office, the electrician, and the salesman had some rough spots.

Cam was fantastic. Got everything in and it looks spectacular. Will recommend to others in the building.

12 hours of hard work pays off at the end

Had a tub and a walk-in shower installed in one day. They did a great job. Some minor things not cleaned up but overall very pleased

These people where amazing and very professional I would highly recommend. They showed up on time and cleaned up when finished. I had a small issue and they came right over the next day and took care of it. And the warranty is probably the best in the market.

I was disappointed in the 12-month same as cash loan as as soon as the shower was completed, the loan company started harassing me for payment...less than 6 months from loan start. I was disappointed that Bath Expert salesperson sold the loan that was not genuine. Additionally, communication with Bath Experts was lacking. I would suggest anyone using the 12-month same as cash loan make sure they are getting what was promised.

Nikolas Simpson and Cody Young did an outstanding job everything looks great my 26 year old grandson lives with me he was here the whole time and was complementary of them they went out of the way to make it right for me they were great thank you

Mixed bag.
Communication (between salesperson, the person who came to measure and take photos for the job, and the installers) was less than ideal. Installers came without necessary information and without all the tools. They had to postpone work until the next week. Installation day was efficient and neat, BUT power to an existing functioning light fixture up above the installation ( which had been seen and approved by the salesperson and the measurer) was apparently damaged , because when the shower was first used the next day, the light didn’t work.
The company didn’t own their mistake, and gave two separate, conflicting “explanations” of their reasoning.

So , we obtained a nice- looking, very basic tub-replacement shower with a damaged light connection in the wall behind it for $10,000+ dollars.

The installers did a great job! They completed the job in a quick matter and did not make a mess. I'll definitely be refering customers.

I have been wanting to change the shower in my bathroom for some time. I callled bath experts and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I’m happy with the results! Ethan did a great job!

The installation guys did a great job. The actual color we picked is not the same as installed. The tub is slippery when showering but it looks good overall
