I used Metro to repair my home after a pipe burst. They did such a great job getting my house back to normal! The contractors did such a great job explaining everything to me and getting it done quickly and professionally. I am a first time homeowner and I felt respected and heard throughout the process. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them!

Easy to get hold of. Does everything he says he’s gonna do and helped ease the pain after my basement was flooded. He was recommended by Kentucky Farm Bureau and I know why!

Our house was struck with lightning causing electrical, plumbing and water damage. I called Jimmy and he immediately brought his team to help. He took over with getting the water out then dealt with insurance to get the repairs started/completed. Through the process he was there every step of the way to explain what needed to be done, how long the process would take and called the insurance company anytime it was needed. We were completely devastated about our house but Jimmy and his team made this process way less stressful for us and his communication during the process made it even easier. Very trustworthy and highly recommend.

I have used Phillip numerous times to do work for me ranging from a complete home plumbing/draining replacement, to repairing shower fixtures, installing tile, and plumbing for a new full bathroom. There hasn't been anything I've asked Phillip to do he hasn't been able to successfully complete. He takes pride in his work. His prices are fair. Another thing I like about him is there are no surprises because he tells you up front what the cost will be for the work you request to have done.
I have recommended Phillip to several of my friends and they have all been pleased with the outcome!!!

Philip was contracted by my home warranty to fix my water heater. He looked at it, said he needed to get parts, took my $125 and was never seen or heard from again. I called several times but he would not answer or return my call. My recommendation would be to find another company to do your work. No integrity or credibility from my experience.
