have used Metro for many years as an insurance agent and always had good results and if there was any complaint it was resolved promptly. i highly recommend them. i would use them on my own home if i had a loss.

Had a tragic House Fire.
Did not care about my family or me.
Did what they had to do to get their money and that was it.
I do not recommend them one bit!
Alot of sleazy people and all they did was lie.
Alot of my things came up missing from the attic and not returned.
Such as Dressers, Elliptical Machines, and a toddler Bed. Stuff that did not have smoke damage and was not on my insurance report that we could have used.
Guess someone is getting use out of it.

AVOID!!!!! This company was definitely a huge disappointment. I wish I would have read the reviews before ever contacting them. Long story short, Mark was supposed to meet my realtor and I this morning at 930am and go figure, 10am comes around and he sends me a text (couldn't even call me) saying that he got stuck at another job. Wow, really? So be warned, they are extremely unreliable.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with this "company" for the past 4 months. I had a water leak in February of 2015 and it is now June 2015, the repairs have finally been completed. The project manager assigned to the job was completely incompetent and a liar! During the removal of flooring and other construction materials personal items were damaged along with materials that were to be reused. As an example a lamp that I had had for some number of years was broken and the baseboards that were removed are never going to be the same. If your homeowner's insurance company suggests you use Metro Restoration to complete the repairs, you should really think twice! I wish I would have hired my own contractors!

The technician was knowledgeable and on time. However communication broke down and I was left out of the loop as far as the estimate he made. It was sent directly to the adjuster while not providing one for my household. I had informed the tech that I was still taking quotes from other vendors so the decision to hire his company had not yet occured. He disregarded my instruction and continued to move forward without my consent.

Metro did a fantastic job on my roof. Everyone I spoke with was very down-to-earth, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. The whole process was better than I would of ever expected. I don't know how to thank you all enough.

Of the three referrals, two called, and Kevin, of Metro Restoration Services LLC, came in at the better bid price and a more favorable availability. Aside from that, my wife and I are so very pleased with the quality of workmanship. I am sure, when the neighbor gets home, today, she will be delighted that the fence repair is complete!

If this business is as good at restoration as they are at putting a shopping cart away, you may want to look elsewhere for restoration services.

Metro Restorations came in my home after a hot water line busted under my slab. We had to get a plumbing company come in and jackhammer the floor up in my kitchen after multiple attempts of cutting walls to find the pipes. Once to repair was made to the pipe Metro came in and went to work restoring my house to better than it was before. All painting, drywall repair, and cleaning was done with great results. This is a first class organization and the people truly care about the homeowner. This was the first time I ever had to have any work done like this and they were able to inform me on what the process is going to be and what is taken place each and everyday. I would highly recommend Metro to a homeowner that has had any major damage that wants to get the house back better than it was before. Mike H.

Metro restored my home after an upstairs toilet blew a gasket. John is a very knowledgeable, timely and good guy. They make sure the customer is happy in the end.

December 2022 “The deep freeze” Metro Restoration came to the rescue. Our old chapel building had sprung several leaks in the front of the building and ran for about 5 days before someone noticed it. The damage was overwhelming! Thank God for Metro Restoration. John was very professional and employees were outstanding.
