My company does work in the real estate space, and many of the houses we deal with are in need of (among a myriad of other things) foundation repairs, and crawl space work. And we’ve referred Kevin and Crawlspace Medic for jobs all over the city. They’re always quick to respond, communicate well, do Solid work, and have very fair pricing. Can’t recommend enough.

Kevin and the team were absolutely amazing to work with to replace my vapor barrier and waterproof my crawlspace. To give you an idea of how amazing, we had a water line leak after the job was complete and they came back out and helped clean the vapor barrier after we got it fixed! Now that is some customer service!

I purchased a 1970 home that had previous termite damage to the sill plate and header boards in the basement under the front porch entrance. The house also had several cross bracings that needed to be reattached. Kevin Miles came out to assess the damage and quoted me a very fair price for the necessary repairs. While he was here, I asked him if he knew of anyone who could change a dryer cable from 4 prong to 3 since I couldn't due to medical issues. He took 10 minutes to change the cable out and made sure to tighten the washer water hoses as well while he was here. What a great first impression! Anyway, he and his crew came out a week later to make the needed repairs to my damaged wood. He and his crew were very professional, timely and took great care of not damaging our home while they moved about. They also cleaned up everything after they were done. They showed me where they completed the repairs and furnished me photos as well in case I needed them. Kevin is a military veteran and takes great pride in his company's work and fantastic employees. I highly recommend Crawlspace Medic for any of your home's needs!

The crew at Crawlspace medic was great with their communication and transparency. I had a floor joist and crawlspace entrance worked on, they told me what needed to be done and why, and were straightforward with pricing. Attached are a few before/after pics of an entrance well that they installed.

I can’t recommend Crawlspace Medic enough. I was worried about the humidity in my crawlspace so naturally I called and spoke with Kevin about my concerns to which he reassured me we’re not as serious as I thought. They came out and took a look under the house and determined all I would need is a vapor barrier and dehumidifier and I would be all set. He didn’t pressure me into any other products I didn’t need or try to BS me and for that I am very satisfied. You can’t go wrong reaching out with any of your needs or concerns.
