Kevin and his team are absolutely incredible and we above and beyond for us! We had no idea how bad our crawl space was. Kevin was very open and honest from the start of the project. He explained very clearly what was needed and why. Our crawl space is so clean now and so much safer! We are beyond thankful for everything they did for us! We will miss having them at our house and I think that truly says something about the company!

I really enjoyed dealing with Kevin! He gave me an honest inspection of our crawl space, and didn't try to sell a bunch of stuff that wasn't needed. He worked us in earlier than our scheduled appointment and Chris did an awesome job of installing a dehumidifier and insulation in our crawl space. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

We've had crawl space issues for a long time now. I called Crawlspace Medic for a quote to get it taken care of and spoke with Kevin. He was very patient and professional on the phone and assured me they'd be able to fix everything. Benton came out and evaluated the problem and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend WP bathroom and remodeling. They installed a new bath tub with shower walls and did a wonderful job. They were very professional. Their installers were great and knew what they were doing. My walls weren’t totally square and they had to do a template to make it fit properly. They also cleaned up after they were done. Can’t go wrong with WP bathroom and remodeling.

The exceptional craftsmanship and detail is what makes this company special. Our walls in this pole barn bath remodel were not level and plumbing definitely not a normal install. Awful Customer service! Tried to call the store to see if a kitchen designer working. Waited on the automated system for over 45 min.. so long that I got in my car and drove to the store while still on hold. Once I arrive I see several people standing around in multiple departments. Who answers the phone at this place! I went to the kitchen department and the designer was with another Customer, which is fine, but it took her 5 min to even acknowledge that I was standing there. I asked if there was a designer in this even which her reply was "yes, but I'm leaving in 45 min." Making it very apparent she had no time for me. Looks like Lowe's will be getting my business!

I had a broken toilet so I had to go in here to buy the parts to fix it. The lady that was working in the plumbing aisle was extremely helpful. She showed me how to look through all the items and see which one I needed for myself. I was able to buy what I needed and it was such a relief not to have to hire a plumber to come and fix the toilet when I can just do it myself for a lot less money.

We had a fantastic experience with Louisville Bath Co. from start to finish. The team was professional, communicative, and paid great attention to detail throughout our bathroom remodel. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I used Louisville Bath Co to remodel my bathroom and the guys did fantastic work all across the board, from demo to tile work to plumbing to finishes. The finished product is amazing and they were great to work with and cleaned up every day. Highly recommend!!!

The subcontractors - demo, carpentry, plumbing, electric, tile, and painting - were all very professional and skilled - and they cleaned up every day before they left. Communication with John was spot on - he always responded promptly to our texts and calls. He kept us posted on who was coming when and what time they would arrive. In short, we ended up with a beautiful new bathroom that is understatedly elegant and functional. We highly recommend Louisville Bath Co.
