My son was selling him home and the inspector found some issues with the crawl space. After calling numerous companies who did not return my calls, I received a call back quickly from Brent. He was able to get an estimate for me the same day after finding out our urgent time frame. After working thru inspections, the crew was out within just a few days. They were polite, on time and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves. Josue and Ruben got the job done quickly. They deserve a shout out because the weather was horrible. Brent really saved the sale of my son’s home. He’s very easy to get in touch with and is quick to return calls and texts. Customer service was excellent!!!

Worked with crawlspace medic to inspect our crawlspace for a long-term plan. They were responsive in both the inspection, quote for service, and installation. They provided lots of documentation and pictures and explained thoroughly why they chose the route we should go. After the installation I had a few questions and they were prompt to respond and follow up with any concerns. Highly recommend this team.

They had a technician come exactly on the day scheduled. He took pictures and videos of my crawl space, indicating any problem areas, and he talked with me about options. An estimate with the pictures and videos were emailed to me promptly with great detail. The Marketing Director, Brice, has helped me get my needs for the work met expeditiously. He was so kind, compassionate, and helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I've been so pleased by and feel very confident in this company and its people. I'll update once the project is done. I have no doubt it will be professionally and excellently completed. Don't hesitate to call this company for an estimate!

Edit: Still 5 stars! Kevin Miles was super helpful and responsive and facilitated a warranty replacement on my dehumidifier. Really appreciate the company’s quick response to a warranty claim that was more on Santa Fe than them. Still satisfied! Would be very confident hiring them again!

Josh, Marc, Chase, and Zac was the best group of technicians that we have worked with since owning our home. All was very professional with communicating the repairs that was being performed. The repairs made my homes air quality a lot better. Informed us of other repairs that was outside their ram of expertise that would keep further repairs to a minimum. The crawlspace is one of the last things we homeowners tend to think about, but Kevin and Crawlspace Medic were fantastic and made sure it continues to be one of the last things I have to think about. After a pipe burst this winter, Kevin came out, assessed the damage, and quickly took care of it - cleanup, new insulation, and zero headaches.

Jason and his team were excellent to work with. At every step of the process, they were very communicative, explained what they were doing and why, and provided updates all along the way. I got several quotes from other companies and while Crawl Space Medic wasn’t the cheapest, they also didn’t quote me for a whole bunch of unnecessary work. Very pleased and well worth the money. 10/10 would recommend.

Brent was prompt and very knowledgeable once having done an inspection of my crawl space. I had had a different contractor hired to do the work and what they had completed was done very poorly and most of the work that was paid for I found out was not even completed. Brent identified and confirmed the poor workmanship, gave me some very good advise and worked up a very reasonable quote to make the repairs taking into consideration my budget constraints due to the dishonesty of the previous so called crawlspace expert (scam artist). I cannot yet comment on the quality of the actual workmanship but I felt very comfortable during my evaluation with Brent that this was a reputable company that was going to take care of my immediate issues at a fair price by qualified individuals, and I was given options and advise for future preventative work. More to follow if selected to do the work following a more educated and thorough evaluation of quotes and companies. Thank you Brent for a very informative and professional inspection and quote.

Great experience with crawlspace medic! Very thorough and honest! After inspection they let me know exactly what was going on and was able to completely fix the issue quickly. Pictures were provided throughout the process and communication was great. Would highly recommend!!

Extremely affordable, honest, and great people! Zack came out and finished our crawlspace for us. He worked until 10 at tonight to make sure we were satisfied and wasn’t left with more work to be done. This company is great and I HIGHLY recommend. As a young couple we were quoted every bit of 30k to redo the essential things in our crawlspace. Crawlspace medic came out and did one beautiful job at an extremely affordable price. Zack is a great guy who is extremely hard working and very reputable. One heck of a dude and one heck of a company.

Our house is 75 years old and our crawl space was a mess. Steve and his crew did an amazing job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. After we had the encapsulation done, we had another plumbing issue, not related to anything they had done obviously. Steve not only came out and checked to see what the odor was but found another leak. We had that repaired, and that plumbing company left a mess in the newly encapsulated crawlspace. Steve came back out and helped us with that as well.

We would definitely recommend this company. Five stars!

We contacted Crawlspace Medic after using another company to replace the girder under our house. At that time, we believed that the other company just did encaencapsulation, not the plastic. When the Rep, Kevin, inspected the Crawlspace, he saw that the other company had inadvertently cut into the duct work while removing the old girder. Kevin recommended a company to fix the duct work, and advised us to contact the first company we used, to see if they would take care of the ducts.
Well, everything worked out to our advantage, thanks to good advise. I highly recommend Crawlspace Medics for their honesty and integrity. If you want a company that cares for you, this is the one!!

Crawlspace Medic is an absolutely wonderful company, and our experience with them has been top-notch! Our seven-year-old crawlspace wasn’t conditioned properly from the time of our build, and the haphazard installation of materials used actually had to be remediated. Kevin and his crew worked expeditiously, ensuring all materials were disposed of and the job site was left in great condition each of the two days of installation. As a result, the air in our home is now crisp, clean, and dehumidified as it was originally supposed to be. We are incredibly grateful to Kevin and his team for their professionalism and dedication. Kevin gave me many options and even allowed me to hire some high school kids to clean out my old insulation and vapor barrier. He came back up to put an extension cord in for us because I wanted to hire my own electrician that didn’t make in time to have the system running.
