this company left a mess in my bathroom, the electrician at one point was very rude to me, and after they left we noticed things missing and had to call the police. The owner of the company didn't call me back.

Driver in Buechal Terrace speeding, especially around corners; it is 25 mph in here! Actually sped around corner onto Derby and drove through folks grass by the street. I'd take that driver's license away from him; and believe me, this is a company I'd not use.

Driver in white van driving dangerously. Happened coming from northbound Bardstown Road turning onto westbound Bashford Manor Lane before and he flew down Bashford at least 15 over the limit before turning NB on Newburg. At one point he swerved over into the turn lane acting like he was going to try to pass another vehicle. Happened around 11:15 on 2/19.

I had major electrical problems with my breaker box and Relco went above and beyond my expectations. Very fast and courteous service and the work performed was very clean. They took the time to explain everything and double check the whole house to make sure everything was working properly.

Thanks to Ryan and his team after they restored electric to our home and garage, we are in good shape. They have been wonderful to work with through all that needed done and very nice. I recommend them very highly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took over a month and 5+ calls a week for them to come out and complete a job that took 30 minutes. Unfortunately I did not have a choice as this was through my home warranty.
The installer refused to wear a mask and also implied he flashed a pistol to someone walking down the alley beside my house. Not sure if he actually had a weapon.

Used them for a 2/10 warranty claim. Took the day off and was originally told a 9am appointment. I call to check up around 9:45am to see where the tech is. They claim my appointment was scheduled between 11-2pm. I call at 2:45pm 3:45pm and 4:30pm. They can’t find the tech and say they want to reschedule for the following day....

The worst experience with customer service in my LIFE. Called the office multiple times to get a report of what the issue is and why it cannot be fixed with no answer. I Finally get someone to answer the phone and the (rude) women who answered just kept saying “I don’t know what’s going on I’ll have to reach out to electrician who worked with you”. She then told me that there is no way to get ahold of the technician and that they will call back. Never did and it’s been a week now. If you have the choice (not going through home warranty) find another company to use because you won’t get any help here. Very unorganized and poor customer service. Useless company and it looks like they are still in business because of contracts with the home warranty companies. If people weren’t forced to used this company by the home warranty I could not understand why someone would use this company willingly. Very unprofessional.

2 young men did an excellent job & price very good. I don’t know about the other reviews but a lot
can change in a few years plus with the competition doing fake reviews doesn’t help
anything either. I’ve used them many times & never any problems at all.

Got some home warranty work done through them, was on time and quick to get the job done. Can't remember the guys name (oops) but he was super cool and we talked about sports and stuff the whole time. Highly recommend this company if you need anything done.

We made an appointment through our home warranty company to fix/replace a ceiling fan that had died. They never showed up in the allotted time slot and when we tried to call they either didn't answer or hung up immediately without speaking to us. The warranty company tried calling them also and was also hung up on. We canceled our work request. I wouldn't bother trying to do business with them!

I am driving in Louisville in the Trader Joe’s shopping center by Saint Matthews mall. I had the right away to go straight, and this older lady and a Relco electric truck honked at me and literally tried to ram into the front of my car even though I had the right of the way. She kept aggressively trying to drive towards me, even though there was cars behind me, and there was no way for me to back up, or for her to even fit through. She then flicked me off, and I continued driving straight past. It was very rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone just the aggressive nature of their employees. I am a small business owner myself, and would never ever act in this sort of manner.

Dont let them park close to you, and don't park close to them. They were very Rude and inconsiderate. Hit the side of my car with their door then called me and the witness a liar. I don't even know the witness except for what each other drive and the occasional Good morning. Even HE had more courtesy than 2 of their workers. It would have not been a big deal if they weren't rude about it.

Richard came out and completed the job quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional! I would highly recommend St. Matthews Electric.!

They upgraded my electric service panel from 150 to 200 amps. It was somewhat complicated because several neighbors are on the same line as us. Andrew took care of all the details, his team did a great job, and I was very happy that they did a good job cleaning up. Will definitely use them again for any electrical work.
