Our fire alarm system had issues recently and needed to be replaced. I called Lighthouse and they were prompt to get me scheduled (thank you, Sara!), incredibly kind, the technicians stayed in communication with me consistently and showed up on time (thank you, Jimmy and Tyler!), and most importantly, didn’t empty my bank account to complete the job. Fast, reliable, affordable service. What more could I ask for as a customer? Rare to find these days! Kudos to everyone from the top down.

Lighthouse came out to us quickly for a project on an old home remodel that ended up with issues we hadn’t anticipated. They were easy to work with and fixed the issues we had. We ended up having issues a couple days later and they came back out to check on everything. It ended up being a separate issues that they helped us resolve quickly. I’d highly recommend them! Cory provided incredible customer service after an electrical storm hit our home. He fixed all of the issues plus some and handled all of our questions with patience and care. I absolutely recommend him.

The electrician was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to understand the repairs we needed to outlets and lights. The estimate was fair and adjusted downward as the needed work was done. Offic staff quick to respond and very accommodating.

I have been trying to get an electrical contractor to come by and give us an estimate. I found Lighthouse Electric online. I sent an inquiry in on their site and they followed up to see what I needed. I set an appointment and they came on time! I am waiting for the quote but so far just with how they have handled the initial interaction and site visit I am extremely impressed. #Clean, #Ontime, #Wellspoken and #Timely all apply. I’ll update on how competitive the quote comes back.

Update: I decided to go with them. Price was fair, their follow up has been excellent. Installation starts to day.

Tyler was able to come earlier than scheduled, communicated well, efficient with the job! Very happy I went with lighthouse for my electric needs. Also, the guys were very kind to my curious toddler that wanted to watch everything.

The reviews are right! They also hang lighting that could be considered tricky. They have helped me install rewired vintage lighting and also new lighting throughout my home with the upmost care! I’ve been so impressed with their attention to detail and friendliness.

I had reached out to Cory probaby over a year before I needed his services asking him questions as I got closer to my goal of building our forever home. Cory's desire to bring great energy, desire, and quality to his jobs is what drew me to he and his company's services. They were contracted for all of the electrical for our new build. He helped us plan and pivot throughout the process. He is very thorough. He has a huge depth of knowledge and design and helped us make all of our visions come true. This job required more than just meeting code requirements as we did permanent soffit lighting, undershelf and cabinetry lighting, multiple panels and EV planning as well as planning for a future pool. They did a great job as maintaining a clean job site. Tyler was the main guy on site most days and he was fantastic to work with as well as the whole crew. We will definitely be continuing the use of their services moving forward.
