Another update to review...on 03/02/26 Absolute Services came out to inspect my heating after becoming a new member of their maintenance plan in February. HAYDEN and BOB looked everything over, gave a couple suggestions to improve system performance and was able to complete the work during same visit! Excellent customer service, friendly and left me feeling like I am in honest, safe hands. I can't say enough about Absolute Services...I am very pleased with everything! Review after the hot water heater install on 02/26/26. BRAYDEN was my first f2f contact. I told him I wanted a hot water heater relocated in the basement, how I wanted it to look and he offered several solutions to make that a reality. He did a great job communicating with me and his team. BRAYDEN was wonderful! He was friendly and wasn't the pushy salesmen type...I appreciated that! ELIJAH and CHRIS installed the new hot water heater today...the finished job is beautiful! It is exactly how I envisioned, just like a dream. They paid attention to all the details I asked for and gave superior work quality. Everything was cleaned up and back in place after the install. Elijah and Chris were knowledgable, friendly and were so respectful of me and my home. Absolute Services has been easy to work with from beginning to end. I purchased their yearly maintenance plan that covers electric, plumbing, hot water heater and hvac system. A couple other things I like...the company sends me texts with the name and picture of each person that has came to my home before their arrival..made me feel safe to know when I answered the door the person is legit. Also, Absolute Services offers services for all my home care. I will not need to search for individual contractors for future projects...awesome! Again thank you to everyone who has taken good care of me 😊

Brad Miller is an exceptional electrician. His work was done in a timely manner and he explained everything that he saw that had been done incorrectly by the previous contractor. Brad worked to bring our electric panel to code and he kept everything simple to understand. He did a great job finishing. Thank you Brad!

Absolute Services did an absolutely wonderful job on my HVAC installation. Richard, Aaron, and Kane were professional, punctual, and demonstrated incredible craftsmanship throughout the process.

They took the time to ensure everything was perfect before they left, and the quality of their work is evident. I am a very "hands-on" homeowner with a lot of questions, and they were incredibly patient—taking the time to offer detailed, hands-on explanations for every one of my concerns/questions. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a job done right.

TJ was outstanding. He explained what he found on the camera then used the snake several times. Was very careful and respectful to the working area. Got my main line cleared of debris and recommended what was needed in the near future to resolve other problems. Very happy with the service and cost was very reasonable and professional.

Josh was timely, polite and respectful. He explained in layman’s terms what was going wrong as well as right with my hvac unit. He presented with professionalism and left me feeling comfortable with my decision to trust Absolute Services with my hvac issue. I will definitely call them back for future service.

Brayden is amazing. He's easy to speak with regarding future renovations as well as current. He listens to the issues the homeowner has experienced, and then acts on the solution to fix them. Highly recommend. 100% satisfaction.

Our garage door wasn't working and we needed it fixed quickly. Absolute Services has over 4,000 5-star reviews for a reason. A knowledgeable technician (Nathan Wilson with trainee John Winbun) was at our door the same day and diagnosed the problem within minutes of inspection. Several quotes were presented for services ranging high to low. Within 20 min the repair was complete and the garage door was working again! Would definitely call them again and recommend!

Robert showed up in very good time and after we decided on a particular replacement mechanism for our garage door he got right You’re posting your name to work and installed in very good time for us. He had a very good attitude and he is a very good face of your business. I would give him five stars.

Braden Kelly did an amazing job. I called at midnight last night about a plumbing issue in my sink that caused a leak in the floor and he was at my house at 10am and got it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

Pharrell was super helpful and thorough today with our electric needs. He got our house up to code and was so pleasant and communicative. No one wants to have to get work done on their home, but Absolute has made it an absolute breeze for us! We highly recommend!

Had a garage door issue before holidays. Called absolute door service. The tech (Robert) called earlier than predicted time. Robert replaced my worn opener and performed a temp repair to damaged door. This was perfect as I had holiday travel plans. After Christmas Robert returned to replace the damaged panel. Robert was very professional. I used Absolute door service before when our door was damaged in 2021, and when the door spring broke a few years before that. I am sold on Absolute door service.

Jonah was our technician and he was awesome! Arrived promptly, was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done fast. He double checked everything was working as intended, showed us how to set it up and provided a lot of helpful information. Now we’ll just need to paint around it. :-)

I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received. TJ and Harold were absolutely wonderful; they went above and beyond all expectations, especially given the condition of the home we purchased. It was refreshing to work with professionals who were honest and helpful during a difficult situation. They made the entire process much better, and I would be happy to have them assist me every time.

Absolute Services was great from start to finish. Making the appointment was easy and the gentleman was nice. Ethan, who was our service technician was not only knowledgeable but friendly. He was able to find and fix the electrical issue in no time. We will definitely use Absolute Services again for any electrical needs.

I want to thank Robert Simms and JH for and excellent job of installing our new backup generator. My wife and son are home bound. The need electrical service without interruption 24-7.

Elijah and Vince did an excellent job installing my new HVAC. Very knowledgeable, even with the twenty degree weather outside, I did not feel cold during the installation. Highly recommend!!

TJ (Trennis, Jr.) provided excellent plumbing service to our family! This was the first time we used this company and the service was impeccable! I highly recommend their services. He was a true professional and a great asset to the company. We appreciated the quick response time and easy cleanup.

Brad miller came by my condo today and did an absolutely stellar job! I was dealing with an electrical emergency and my tech arrived on time and calmly assessed the situation, fixed the issue and then gave me more options for preventive measures, afterwords and managed to do all of it in under an hour! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone who need prompt and expedient service done well.

I highly recommend him for any AC or home repair work. He is very talented, skilled, and patient, and you can clearly see that he knows exactly what he’s doing. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he was easy to talk to, very professional, and even funny, which made the whole experience stress-free.
