Had a short in the electrical panel. Found when we went to shut off power to repair hot water tank. With a burned out breaker box , we needed repair quickly. Made the call after hours and they had a technician out the next day. Jeremy came out to make the repairs the following day. Quick and efficient. Also, my home is older and needed to have updates to comply with new codes going into effect this coming Jan. I’m grateful for the quick friendly professional service. Thank you. Sleeping more sound now.

TJ from absolute services. Was definitely a professional at his job. Far better than the last three plumbers I have hired to do work. He was thorough and took his time. He gave a proper diagnosis with proof. He did the job correct with proof as the video pipe inspected to show the issue and ensure it was cleared. I hired him to clear a drain and ensure my venting was correct.

Katie was great on communication with our service and appointment. The technicians did a great job installing a new panel box. We have needed a new panel for a long time. It wasn’t easy finding a reasonable price electrician but I would highly recommend Absolute Services.

Joseph R. was my technician when I chose to use Absolute plumbing after I attempted to install a bidet and wound up with a massive water leak in my ceiling. Ethan with Absolute electricians did a great job installing my ceiling fan. The technician explained why the fan wasn’t working and gave me several options with price estimates to get it fixed. He explained everything clearly and simply so I could understand my options. He also told me about the average lifespan of fans and how they have changed over the years. We can’t say enough great things about Joseph Redmond with Absolute Services. Because of how much we trust his work, we purchased their lifetime membership (a one-time $100 fee), which includes free yearly maintenance and free inspections, and it has been more than worth it.

During his most recent maintenance visit, Joseph took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and helped us understand that our hot water heater is over 20 years old and past its life expectancy, allowing us to plan ahead before it fails unexpectedly. He also helped us figure out why our toilet wasn’t working properly and explained that it needs to be replaced. What really stood out was that he never once pressured us to buy anything or upsell services—he simply provided honest, knowledgeable advice so we could make informed decisions.

This wasn’t our first great experience with Joseph. Last year, he came out to help us fix our outside faucets that broke during the winter, and once again he was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful.

Joseph’s customer service has been outstanding every single time we’ve worked with him. He is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. Absolute Services is very lucky to have him, he is a huge asset to their company, and we always feel confident knowing Joseph is handling our plumbing needs. Having the right light fixture in a room makes all the difference, hiring the right person to install it is twice as important. Ethan Knoer, the electrician who installed my dining room light, embodied the perfect professional for the job! Professional, courtesy and attention to detail were his trade in stock! Five star review for this young man. From moving the fixture to the center of the room, solid installation, clean up, even having the right cap for where the old fixture was made for the perfect experience. Even offering to help move furniture back was what elevates the experience. If I could give him 6 stars, I would! I would go with Advance Services again and would request Ethan every time. So I'm not usually one to complain but someone needs to figure out what's going on in this company website says $79 dollar drain cleaning also says no hidden fees when you look around call to make the appointment and I tell them what's going on and what I want done. She automatically rolls into preparing for an upsale of hidden fees talk about the technician will determine if there's anything else needed and let me know prices. So here we go already the technician shows up and tells me over the phone after walking into my house within a two minutes that its going to cost me $430 to clean the drain out. I can prove times with my security cameras. I told him no the online prices say this and he says yea well its not supposed to be on our website I told him I can't afford that so he says I'll call my manager and ask he then calls back and say they will honor it this one time but that in the future the price will be higher even though its on your website. Then proceeds to go to the clean-out line and run a drill operated snake attempting to reach the full length of my house mind you I have a big remote operated snake myself it just happens to be down for repairs so I know what it takes to clean out my drain mind you he didn't even get the clog and kept trying to get my wife every 15 minutes to charge the $430 to remove my toilete and then $1600 to run a the blaster down my drain. If he spent less time trying to sell my wife on other services and actually snake the drain clean I might have running septic today but instead I'm going to be waiting for my snake to be repaired and doing it myself honestly this place is scammy and unprofessional I couldn't imagine advertising a car on my lot for $19,995 customer get there and then I tell them that vehicle is now $35,000 I'D loose business instantly which is what absolute heating/ac/ and plumbing has done today I'll never use there services again id rather pay someone else a little more for the job to actually be done at the price advertised.
