They answered my call late afternoon and scheduled my appointment for early the next day. I couldn't be happier with the service. He was extremely nice, responsive and direct. He was at my house for less than an hour and got my air up and running again. He even showed me the defective parts. I have my unit serviced every year by another company, but I will be changing who I use from now on. Great service!

I’m SO glad I chose Decker & Sons for my HVAC needs. Response was immediate, service was impeccable and they are HONEST. My issue turned out to be a fluke thing and they could have went in on me for a huge scam over it but they did not. Pricing was 100% reasonable and the repair man was very nice. 10/10

Our AC unit quit running on a 97 degree day and I called many places trying to find someone as soon as possible. Called Decker early the next morning and was told they could have someone here within an hour. Two places were going to charge $100 just to come look at our unit, one place stated they could not work on it because they didn’t install the unit. The price of fixing the unit was so reasonable. They will be our first call whenever we have heating and cooling issues.

So thankful for this company! After calling around and get outrageous prices way out of our budget we were doomed to freeze for the rest of winter! I happened to come across this company and read the reviews and they was so true! Brian will now be my permanent heating and cooling specialist, and he is very friendly and didn’t try to sell me anything. Now my heat is working better than before it went out and we are super thankful to have found them!

I've had a contract with this company for over 5 years. They replaced my AC 3 years ago, but as of last year there have been issues. I've needed to wait until it's been warm for them to come out, so I've tried to be proactive and schedule something. I've made two appointments that led to a no call no show. I've left two voicemails, because nobody answers, that have never been responded to. This has been within the span of 6 months. I now have no choice but to schedule and PAY for Jarboe's since I am getting no response from Decker and Sons.
Consider my contract TERMINATED.

Great company called because my ac went out today and a very hot day. They were out within hours and got me hooked and back up running super fast. Went over and beyond the job and was going to help me carry in a heavy box on my porch. And sweet person he was played around with my golden retriever while I was trying to get my payment made out. Can’t say enough good about this company. Highly recommend them

Decker and Sons was recommended to me by a friend when our AC unit stopped working. Brian came over and quickly realized that breaker for the unit was off. He cleaned our unit and changed the filter in the furnace. I really appreciated the honesty and thorough job. Have to get our unit cleaned again soon and I will definitely be calling them.

Hot summer day our air goes out. Called a few places but Decker & Sons was able to get out same day. They were prompt and on time and the rate was very reasonable for the work done. We appreciated all aspects of the service and will look to use them again in the future for our heating and air needs.

I had a fantastic experience from top to bottom! I called Decker & Son's on a recommendation from a friend, and they made a same day appointment. I had to reschedule for the next day, and it was no problem. Brian came out and fixed the issue in no time. I watched everything he did, and he never seemed aggravated and answered all my questions. I never felt uncomfortable and he never talked down to me. I can't tell you as a woman how much I appreciate that! To top it off, it cost me way less than I was expecting. I will definitely call them for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

Very pleased with the services we received. Came out the same day and the follow-up was exactly what they said it was. Mr. Decker was very professional and pleasant. He fixed the issue with our furnace in a timely manner. Their Customer Service was A+!

Decker and sons came to check my AC (which was working) and I knew I needed a new one due to age and using the old Freon. Brian gave me a great quote on replacing it and said he could do in 2 days. Showed up on agreed time and within 2 1/2 hours I had a brand new AC hooked up and working. I am very pleased with this company and I highly suggest giving them a call!!

Reach out to Brian! I highly recommend his services! My furnace quit blowing air through my vents a few days ago so I started HVAC shopping immediately. I should've stopped shopping where I started, which was with Decker Heating & Cooling. Brian was so friendly and honest. He showed up when he said that he would and replaced my blower motor in 1 hour. He charged me 1/4th of what a commercial company was asking me for. He will most certainly retain me as a client.
