Winter storm day and the trucks were rolling. Impressive. I worked with Mark and he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained very well what was needed. I’ll definitely use Bakers for all challenges that arise in the future. Great company.

Highly recommend. The person that came to give me a quote was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions ( even the weird questions /concerns I had). The installers were early and did an awesome job. They were so personable and friendly. Price was one of the lower quotes I received but also having great customer service makes it worth it. Even the lady who scheduled my appointment was friendly and worked with my schedule.

I’ve been with them for years. My second heat pump with them.. mark baker is a real gentleman. It’s not over when he cashes the check. I can’t speak highly enough about his business. The people that work for him are polite and respectful . Love my heat pump as cold as it has been very comfortable . I had them replace all the duct work. So they had to be in the attic a lot . The guys cleaned up after themselves. GREAT JOB. THANK YOU MARK FOR ALL YOUR HELP

Bakers repairmen were prompt, courteous and patient. They spent two hours investigating and testing. They found the problem right away and fixed it but continued to test every possible area until they were satisfied there were no other issues. They charged me the least amount possible. I recommend them without hesitation.

Baker’s properly installed my system to building code. I thought that the installation was performed well at a reasonable price. I believe that the equipment will last longer due to a proper installation. Will use again in the future to install AC, well done Baker’s.
