Great work heat was back working less than hour

The service was good but the service charges - the $72.00 per trip I find not just unfair, but outrageous. If the service technician has to go get a part, you are charged another $72.00. They traded $72.00 for a few thousand as I will find another for future issues. Buyer beware

Richard and Ray Ray were exceptional. Had to hook up vents under crawl space. Job took less time than thought. Very personable, explained everything. Always great service from Dad's.

Worst decision I made choosing Dad’s Mechanical. They are dishonest !!! pay attention to the equipment they put in because they will put something different in and charge you the same check your invoices I was suppose to get a 14 seer and they put in a 13 and didn’t tell me but still charged me for the 14 even went as far as to cover up the energy efficiency guide so I couldn’t see it was a 13 til I registered it and nothing matched up. Then Matt lied and told home advisor he gave me $200 back he didn’t only a $100 so I had to go to bank and get a copy of his check.which was only for a $100 Then when he came back he damage the new air conditioner he put in and dented and scratched up the top had to order another one of those. Then bent the fan had to order another one If he would have been honest from the beginning Instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice things would be a lot different Then he hangs up on you when you call and ask a question not very professional at all and I’ve had nothing but head aches from this company now I need a new furnace because they didn’t replace the coil which all other companies say should have been included in the $2345 he quoted me. I ask for an Itemized receipt the answer was we don’t do that. Guess not then there would be a paper trail of your dishonesty

Phenomenal service and Richard was a pleasure to work with. They installed a new system within a day and it works perfectly. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would.

I've used several HVAC companies around Louisville over the past few years and Dad's Mechanical is the only company that I will consider in the future (other than cases where insurance would require someone else). Matt and Richard are both awesome to work with. They are flexible to each individuals situation and both make HVAC tune ups or repairs as painless as possible. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dads mechanical to anyone needing any HVAC work done. I was told by another company I needed to replace my furnace due to so many issues. I called Dad's on a Saturday and they sent Mr Richard out the same day. Not only did I not need a new furnace the part needed to fix it was astronomically cheaper than a new unit that the previous company insisted I had to have. Very honest company, they will be the only company that I ever use going forward.

Ive dealt with several HAVC repair technicians for various problems on different units over the the last 2 years. The most recent was with 4 years old upstairs AC unit. Several companies were called, several technicians came to my place to assess and repair the problem. Mr. Moffitt from Dads Mechanical fixed the problem, which I know wasn’t an easy fix. Outstanding customer service over the phone and in person, he went above and beyond. AC finally works like it should and we can’t be more thankful! Highly recommended!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I called them about a gas leak at my elderly parents home, and within about an hour they had Richard a technician for them out to their house! Joe and his team are awesomely epic!! We were at the edge of our rope about getting our furnace repaired after a faulty install, and I just now walked into my house and complained about it being too hot!!! Their pricing reasonable, the communication impeccable, and their work was flawless...thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My furnace was due for yearly maintenance, for weeks my daughter and I were getting bad headaches, during my appointment they found a carbon monoxide and gas leak. They did all they could and inspected every aspect showing me what each step was and what was causing it. It was decided that a new furnace was probably the best option versus dumping a lot of money into something that may or may not be the problem, I was torn and called Dad. The technician talked it through each step with Dad, showing him what was going on via FaceTime. Dad decided a new furnace was my best choice, due to the leak we had to act fast, they came out NYE and replaced the unit. I was not expecting to need a new furnace but they were gracious with my personal situation (young widow with child that has expensive medical needs) and the payments.. I would highly recommend.

The best local heating, ventilation and air conditioning company in Louisville! My furnace was not igniting the flame and a gentleman came to my house and repaired it quickly. He also cleaned out all the dirt, dust and debris from my furnace. Very satisfied with the service and will continue to use Baker’s in the future!
