Keyserve Mechanical Service needs to be your first call/go-to company for hvac issues. James and Jacob are top notch when it comes it hvac service. They are the ONLY technicians I trust to work on my equipment at our full service Hilton-brand hotel.

Keyserve is very quick to respond to service calls and they are fairly priced. Do not hesistate to give them a call if you are having trouble with home or business air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, chillers, commerical refrigeration equipment, etc.

Very pleased with the service received on the installation (and sale) of a new hvac system at my home. Project was completed in a timely manner (including some custom metal duct work that was needed with the new unit). I was very impressed with their skills and I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing hvac work (residential or commercial).

Mr. key in his associates came to my home in an emergency situation on a Sunday and replaced the full HVAC system at a price that was 40% lower than any other competitor. They were clean efficient professional and courteous. Mr. Chi even called several days later to ensure that the complete new HVAC system was working properly. They are my go to HVAC company going forward.

Was sold a used ac unit by the owner (James Key) who guaranteed it to be good. I paid a licensed HVAC company $400 to install it a few days later. The technician installed it then pressure checked it with nitrogen. It started leaking around condenser immediately! Contacted owner who was very cocky and rude! He said “those trane units don’t leak, you must’ve damaged it.” He helped me carefully load it into my $80k truck and I drove 2 miles home where I carefully unloaded it at site of install. He refunded $100 for the unit but I’m still out $400 for install! Owner is rude and very unprofessional to deal with! I do not recommend this company at all!

I purchased a new HVAC with whole house humidifier. James Key came over did some measurements told me the purchase options and ordered my equipment. Did a one day install and it looks like a work of art. He gave me the grand tour of my unit over the phone because of my work hours. Answered all my questions and I paid him in full. I highly recommend them not only for new installs but repairs as well from previous work on my old unit. Great team and great service.

Element Air came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. Jayden was extremely helpful and nice. He talked me through everything we needed to have done and had me on the schedule for those services before he left. The day of the services were to be done Taylor and Tyler showed up and got started right away. The were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and even took pictures of things I couldn't get in to see. I would 1000% recommend Element Air to anyone!

Jaden was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us on the coldest day of the year. Will definitely recommend

These guys are the real deal codey Mazzoni was here before schedule walked me through everything as far as repairs went. We sat down and discussed all options long term short term and he gave me a customer opinion if this was his home what would he do !! Amazing 🤩 I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and the communication they had every stage throughout the process of their services!! Tyler and Taylor C crushed it. Extremely courteous and friendly around my family. No wasted time, they took care of the issue and resolved quickly. I would absolutely call Element Air out again if I ever needed service or equipment. I was using a very popular company in Jeffersonville and their level of service and doesn't compare. I regret not calling Element sooner.

They arrived on time, very polite and professional. They explained everything that they did. They showed me how to operate remote and explained filter cleaning and when maintenance is needed. I would definitely recommend.

Air went out early in the morning, made a call to Element Air and Jaden showed up around mid-day and was able to quickly repair our unit and get it up and running. Jaden was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing. I had an appt scheduled for Friday and they called to give me the option for them to come a day sooner. Although i could not accept that offer they showed up bright and early and examined my system and share what their findings were along the way. Great service and reasonable price and I am will definitely refer others to them and will be a repeat customer.

Was way over priced and was not given an option for a thermostat. This was a rental and they put a high end thermostat that is not user friendly and easy to use.
