The lady who answered the phone was extremely unfriendly & told me that they do not offer a service that they have in their list of services on their website.

Absolutely the worst electrical company I have used ! Misinformed , unprofessional, and created a major mess that my next company is saying is a mess and completely wrong. Definitely not recommend

No wonder this company is lowly rated. If they work anywhere near like how they drive, stay far, far away from this company. I just witnessed their driver almost cause no less than three traffic accidents.

I work maintenance at a fairly new Louisville, extended stay Motel. Caye Electric did all the electric work in the motel. Obviously, their work passed city inspections, but we’ve had to have them back several times since. Of late they have been very hard to get in contact with. For example, the last two times I called before today, I had to leave a message, and it was the next day before I heard from them (and both times I called them before noon). I had to call them again today, the first time I called, as soon as I told the receptionist what motel I was, she rudely said “let me transfer you I don’t handle that“, and proceeded to hang up on me. The second time I called (immediately after the first call) , I got an answering machine, I left a message asking them to call me back. The third time I called (about a half hour later), the receptionist told me she was going to transfer me. Well, I hung up seven minutes after I she put me on hold. After I hung up, I called them directly back, and got the answering machine once again, ...really... I left a message asking them to call me back. I still haven’t heard from them. There’s a reason they were the lowest bidder.
