I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but what matters is how the company fixes them and Plumb Right is refusing to fix their mistake. We have gone with this company for 3 years, they are a small company and we wanted to support them but that has come to an end.

I’m unable to reply to the owners comment; it seems you have the wrong person. It’s very upsetting to hear I’m not the only one going through this… do better plumb right. Also, very strange you’re publicly sharing your customer’s appointment for everyone to see. I’d advice calling them with appointment info!!! Google’s not the appropriate place.

I called PlumbRight, Tom Drexler, and Mr Rooter for an estimate...and PlumbRight is the only one I will do business with after their consultation. The service man was polite and professional. Of the 3, he is the only one that didn't just guess at what the problem could be. He took the time to inspect the problem (which was a clogged exterior drain) during the estimate, by running a wet/dry vac to see what debris might be trapped. He then poured water back into the drain to see how quickly it would back up. Whatever he did actually fixed the problem and everything drains properly now. He wrote it up as an estimate and gave his suggestion of work needing to be done to prevent it from happening again. The other companies wanted to charge me from $99 to 200 just to try with no guarantees of success.

Just had two guys come to my parents house to look at the hot water heater they installed back in 2014. The unit is leaking water from the bottom into the basements bedroom. The main guy was confused and didn't know why he was called to the house. I'm like dispatch didn't tell why you're here??? He had no clue what to do as if he was high as a Giraffe's behind. Then he goes outside into his truck pretending to call dispatch but really he called my Pops. Got the nerve to tell my Pops that I wouldn't let him in so he has no idea what's wrong with the hot water heater. He's he's talking to my pops telling him he doesn't know why he's there to begin with. Pops just got fed up due to the unprofessionalism and told him just to go ahead and leave he'll find somebody else because he doesn't have time to deal with dumb stuff. Talk about being unprofessional I would never use this company because of those two. There might be some great workers that do work at plum wright but because of those two we would never use this business again!
