These guys are awesome. We had a huge leak and called them. They sent someone out 2 hours later. They were very informative and friendly. Will always call them from now on! Thank you so much!!!

Bakers Plumbing (Eddie) has done several different jobs at my home each was completed as promised.
Highly recommend his services. -
I was extremely pleased with the job and price from Mr. Baker. He came out and viewed what needed to be done at my grandson's home and a Week later his helper. Daniel met me at the residence and began the repairs. Daniel was caring, friendly and polite. He worked non-stop till the job was completed. I would strongly recommend Eddie Baker and his team to anyone who wanted a great plumbing job at a fair price.

If I could give six stars I would! My gas was turned off this past weekend for a leak, and I left a message detailing my situation, hoping for a call Monday morning.
I was surprised when the call came, telling me he probably wouldn't be able to resolve the leak, but giving me the name and phone number of someone who specializes in the problem I had. My gas was back on later that day, for $1,000s less than a much larger company was quoting. Thank you VERY much!!!
I've never used you for a plumber before, but you're high on my list now!
Massive credibility props!!! -
Daniel came out and fixed what another plumber would not do. He was professional and great at his job. The companies response time was rapid and their price was fair. Daniel left the work area looking better than he found it. I now have a new plumbing company that I'll will continue to use.

They took over 2 months for a 2 day New Construction rough in plumbing job! Now on the finish, there are too many screw ups to list. To make a long story short, they quit on me after discovering a leak in the vent lines that will cause me to remove a whole lot of painted drywall!! No drain installed for a second floor water heater!! Watch these guys! Some sloppy work photos attached!

I had a great experience with Bakers Plumbing. From start to finish, their communication was clear and timely, and their pricing was very competitive. The plumber who came to my home was professional, did an excellent job, and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He also left the workspace spotless—you wouldn’t even know any work had been done. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service. I’ll definitely be using Bakers Plumbing again in the future.

I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but what matters is how the company fixes them and Plumb Right is refusing to fix their mistake. We have gone with this company for 3 years, they are a small company and we wanted to support them but that has come to an end.

I’m unable to reply to the owners comment; it seems you have the wrong person. It’s very upsetting to hear I’m not the only one going through this… do better plumb right. Also, very strange you’re publicly sharing your customer’s appointment for everyone to see. I’d advice calling them with appointment info!!! Google’s not the appropriate place. -
I called PlumbRight, Tom Drexler, and Mr Rooter for an estimate...and PlumbRight is the only one I will do business with after their consultation. The service man was polite and professional. Of the 3, he is the only one that didn't just guess at what the problem could be. He took the time to inspect the problem (which was a clogged exterior drain) during the estimate, by running a wet/dry vac to see what debris might be trapped. He then poured water back into the drain to see how quickly it would back up. Whatever he did actually fixed the problem and everything drains properly now. He wrote it up as an estimate and gave his suggestion of work needing to be done to prevent it from happening again. The other companies wanted to charge me from $99 to 200 just to try with no guarantees of success.

Just had two guys come to my parents house to look at the hot water heater they installed back in 2014. The unit is leaking water from the bottom into the basements bedroom. The main guy was confused and didn't know why he was called to the house. I'm like dispatch didn't tell why you're here??? He had no clue what to do as if he was high as a Giraffe's behind. Then he goes outside into his truck pretending to call dispatch but really he called my Pops. Got the nerve to tell my Pops that I wouldn't let him in so he has no idea what's wrong with the hot water heater. He's he's talking to my pops telling him he doesn't know why he's there to begin with. Pops just got fed up due to the unprofessionalism and told him just to go ahead and leave he'll find somebody else because he doesn't have time to deal with dumb stuff. Talk about being unprofessional I would never use this company because of those two. There might be some great workers that do work at plum wright but because of those two we would never use this business again!

The company dispatched a plumber within 24 hrs and he was very pleasant. However, the problem persisted and when I called the number (twice) that he left I received no response or suggestions. I was disappointed with the follow up service as he promised. I am even less impressed with MSD who tells me to call a plumber . . .I am trying. . . .

These are the only people 2-10 works with to fix plumbing issues. I have had difficulty with a leak and now a hole that is still in my basement. I was told by both the tech and the office that 2-10 would patch my wall back up after the tech cut it open. However, I called the office to get some clarity on the status and the girl I talked to on the phone talked down to me and was pushing me off the phone. I asked her to specify what they gave to 2-10, so I could talk to 2-10 later and she spouted off some info (which I later found out was from the invoice). I asked her what all that meant and she got sharp with me asking, "What else do you need?" I should have responded, "I need some good customer service!" This is a lousy office. I believe the tech did what he was told, but I got talked down to and felt like I had no business trying to figure out what happened. I'm sure there are better plumbers in Louisville.

My place of work had a plumbing emergency a few weeks ago. Roto Rooter was busy and I remembered the TV ad for these guys. Called the emergency line, they returned the message in a few minutes. Agreed to come out and arrived a little over an hour later. Cleared the clog in the sewer line. Good folks and life savers. Give them a try!
