Do great work and care about there customers

They are absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with, and that is saying a lot. They gave me a quote and it ended up being twice the amount I was told. It was a basic job that I got another quote to take 2 weeks, and it took them almost two months. Absolutely horrible, I would rather have done the work myself. They clearly work by the hour because they were slow as molasses and surely charged up the ass for it.

TREC just finished a project at my house converting my oversized crawlspace into a garage. They did a super job, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for, and the price came in within my budget. If you are looking for a quality minded, reputable contactor I would highly recommend Robby and the team at TREC Construction!!

Robby Watts with Trec Construction did a terrific job in building a complex 2-story addition onto our historic home that had strict building codes. We didn’t think that we could add as much space as we did, but Robby spent a good amount of time in preparing for the project. This included surveying the land, analyzing the historic district building codes, and designing the addition that maximized its size. Robby was also very creative in recommending additional features that we never thought about and we ended up with a product that we are very pleased with. We added a large bathroom, laundry room, family room, kitchenette, composite deck, sheltered patio, and a spa as well as moving all utilities underground. I would highly recommend Trec Construction for any type of home improvement project and we will definitely use them again for any future projects.

TREC did a bathroom remodel for us, for a little-used guest bath where the goal was to be functional but not necessarily fancy. The estimate was way lower than others we got - which I took to mean Robby understood (better than the others) my goal for this. The communication was fabulous - if things came up that were going to cost more, I always new about it and approved it in advance. The result was just slightly above the original estimate and the room looks fantastic! I want to have guests stay at my house just to show them the bathroom. Thank you!

We used TREC several times. Most recently to replace our deck flooring and stairs. They came when they said they would. They were responsive to our input and cleaned up leaving the place better than they found it. Professional, reasonable and reliable. We're totally satisfied with the quality of the work.

TREC just completed the tear down and replacement of my deck. The new deck looks great. From start to finish we had open communication, the time frame was accurate, the construction cost was reasonable, the team showed up when they were suppose to and cleaned up the site after each day. TREC Construction completed an extensive remodel of my house this past winter/spring and they did an amazing job. The remodel included everything from a new kitchen, master bathroom, lowering a ceiling, a lot of exterior work and much, much more. Robby is very professional, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of construction. He was willing to take on some very special requests that I had that other contractors wouldn't do.
Keven and James both did exceptional work. They managed their crews throughout the remodeling process and did a tremendous amount of the work themselves. They were always professional, competent, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Robby and his team are nothing but the best. True professionals and worth every dime! Showed up on time, cleaned up, responsive and meticulous. Completed a basement remodel, and a deck....plus a few other odds and ends that needed to be done. Not a single short cut taken. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Great experience! Installed a replacement 16’ x 10’ cedar deck with aluminum railing. Cleaned up after another contractor who walked off the job. Everything was done as agreed, for a reasonable price, and in a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend.

We used TREC Construction to build our new 2nd floor deck. Robby was very easy to communicate with and after our first meeting, quickly worked up a plan so we could see exactly what the finished design would look like. He also gave a thorough itemized breakdown of the costs. His prices were extremely reasonable. Once the work began, his crew was respectful of our space & home and worked quickly, but also did quality work. We were very pleased with the results. I will definitely use them again for other home remodeling projects.

We had TREC remodel and expand our backyard deck and they did a fantastic job! Robby was great to work with. Whenever we had a question, he was very quick to respond. Workers showed up reliably, were polite and cleaned up each day. They were not the cheapest quote that we got, but it was clear that everything would be completed to code (including all of the necessary inspections) and we would get a quality product with them. We are so happy with our new deck and would definitely recommend TREC to friends and family for their next project!
