I used Spotless to take care of a mold situation in my home. From the first call, Caleb was so very helpful. He answered all of my questions promptly and completely. He even helped out with another part of the project that they weren’t involved with. The work that they did was timely and complete.

This is our second time using Spotless & each time we have had a fantastic experience. We unfortunately found mold outside some AC vents and upon further inspection from Spotless understood it to be in our HVAC system. Our project was 4+-step and required careful sequencing to remove the molded HVAC ducting, replace the ducting, clean the residual duct system, mold remediation and then restoration of our home. Caleb & his team helped us navigate this hectic time and answered my many questions graciously and thoroughly. I’ve had a prolonged illness the last several years & it is likely related to the mold we found that was removed. Caleb offered additional resources for mycotoxin testing and understands mold illness unlike anyone else I’ve met. Our family highly recommends Spotless for any of your water damage or mold remediation needs.

Caleb and the team at Spotless were great. We had some water damage from some condensation and they came out to inspect it for mold. Not only did they inspect where the water damage was, but the whole house. Unfortunately we had some mold, which isn’t fun, but they worked with us and remediated the mold in the house. Super easy process. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Dylan from spotless was absolutely wonderful to deal with very knowledgeable very informative. Would highly recommend this company and Dylan again to anybody. I had a leak next to my dishwasher that caused water log damage to the wall installation and under the tile after several days of drying and keeping the kitchen completely contained in a negative air environment everything is dry and ready to be built back. Thank you again guys.

Caleb and his crew did an amazing job cleaning the exterior of our home, especially on the aluminum upstairs veranda. Their process restored it to its original condition without high water pressure risk to our house. Windows, siding, side walk, driveway, and the entire exterior are sparkling clean without subjecting our home to high water pressure battering. Thanks guys!

Our gutters were extremely dirty and too high for us to reach without climbing on the roof. Not doing that anymore! Rick and Gary came with their truck and all the equipment they needed. This is not pressure washing - it is clean washing so no damage to gutters or eaves. The guys even went over the bad spots twice to make sure everything was clean. They were very careful around the plants and washed them off afterward. They swept and cleaned the sidewalks and driveway - and we have a lot of concrete. Caleb Jones did our estimate and was there at start and finish to make sure we were happy. Rick and Gary were thorough and professional. All were great guys. Attaching before and after pictures.

Spotless fogged our entire home, and the results spoke for themselves. The main and upper floors came back with significantly reduced levels that were appropriate and acceptable. We also had third party testing done, which they welcomed, as they truly stand behind their service and product. While the basement initially tested high after fogging, they clearly explained that because the space is unfinished and primarily concrete, it can be more difficult to treat effectively. They adjusted the treatment by increasing the fog and fully wetting the walls to properly address the issue.

What truly set Spotless apart was their commitment to doing things right. They returned to retreat and retest the basement, testing both before and after, at no additional charge, and transparently shared all results with us. They also took the time to provide thoughtful and practical recommendations when we asked how we could best help prevent mold moving forward.

Living in Kentucky, where humidity is unavoidable, getting levels to absolute zero is not realistic, but the peace of mind we now have in our home is priceless. I am beyond grateful for this team. The mold dog (Mold Dog Network - Zach) inspection and mold treatment were truly one of the best investments we have made in our new home.

We came home from vacation to see the dining room baseboard and laundry room wall water damaged. On a recommendation from my daughter we called spotless, who came within the 90 minutes. I was impressed with their professionalism and engaged them right away. Now my home is dry and growth free. Friendly, prompt, and Five star service!

Spotless has gone above and beyond with our mold remediation and water leak from an upstairs bathtub!! I felt like they treated my home like their own with how thorough they were and efficient! I would 1000% recommend Spotless and use them again if we ran into any leaks or mold issues! I also liked that they didn’t have to tear open the whole wall. This made it easier to replace dry wall after Remidiation was finished!
