Geddes Pools did a fantastic job in replacing my 16 year old liner. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone wanting service or a new pool. They installed mine 16 years ago.

Called them to open my pool and replace the pump. Advise them I had a salt pool but they never added that to the ticket. When I called in to ask but the no salt issue, I was advise by Mrs. Geddes herself that they sell salt. I could come by the the store to purchase some and do it myself. What am I paying them to do? They left their empty chemical containers and even misplaced one on my closing jet plugs. Mrs. Geddes didn’t want to hear any of that and basically blew me off. She never apologized or offered to fix the issues. I won’t do business with them again!

Installed a chair lift which was already over a year out of the manufacture warranty. Now the controls don’t work and have to pay almost a $1000 to replace it.

We have had our pool that Geddes put in for about 25 years. This company is spot on, they care about all the details. Marianne

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge displayed by everyone at Geddes Pools. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and they repaired and renovated my pool totally transforming my backyard. DJ, Zach and the construction team were very professional throughout the planning and installing phase and they deserve to be commended.

When we purchased our home six years ago, the previous owner indicated that Geddes Pools had serviced the pool. It was a good recommendation.
We have had them open and close the pool, do several repairs, and depend on them for water analysis and miscellaneous advice. What I appreciate very much is that I am never pressured into buying chemicals and other items I do not need. I feel they are honest, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The price of their services are fair and the quality of their pools are very good. I had a mostly positive experience with Geddes. The only draw back was the lack of communication with their pool installer. Though he is a contractor and not a Geddes employee, he is their only installation option so he is an extension of the Geddes service. My criticism is that it took 7 weeks from order date to installation, with almost no contact with their installer. Had it not been for this, I would give Geddes 5 stars.

We hired Geddes to open and maintain our pool this year. They came out to open the pool and after they left there were multiple jets that were missing, items that were not screwed in all the way or crooked and they did not clean the pool. They also did not have any knowledge about our auto fill feature versus using a hose to fill up the pool. I went ahead and sent payment in for the opening because I figured they would be maintaining our pool and would fix those items the next time they came back. When I inquired about why they didn’t clean the pool during the opening, they said that it has to be requested as that isn’t part of their regular service. I was surprised because I thought opening the pool meant it would be ready to swim. They came out 2 other times to check the water and put in the chemicals. They did not fix any of the items that were done I correctly during the opening. My husband was feeling unsure about them so took a sample of water to a pool store. They tested the water and told us that we were at a 40 out of 100 on water quality and it was not safe to swim. My kids had been swimming in that water already. We had to add over $270 of chemicals and salt to get the water to the correct ph. The lady at the pool store said she didn’t think that they were treating it like a saltwater pool which I had told them on the phone when we hired them and they should be able to tell from the equipment. When one of the guys was here doing the maintenance, he was smoking. The pool was never cleaned well and they did not brush it. I requested a call from a manager or an owner and have never heard back.

Had an in-ground pool installed and painted by Geddes. Awesome company and awesome people - from sales to maintenance. They truly go the extra mile!

I tried all summer long to get my pool clean and was getting desperate. I went to Geddes and Charlotte (I think that was her name), asked me a lot of questions about what was going on with the pool and she figured out two things that no one had come up with before.

A week later my pool was and still is crystal clear.

I'll go to Geddes for all of my pool supplies from now on.

We recently bought a home with a pool, and while excited to have one, soon after moving in I realized I had zero knowledge on how to maintain it.

I reached out to Geddes pools and talked with Charlotte on the phone for way longer than I probably should have, her answering every question I had and making several suggestions on how to maintain my new pool.

I arrived at the Geddes pool location and found everything I could ever need to take care of my pool was there and in stock. Charlotte assisted me again, and when I left I finally felt like I understood how to take care of my pool with confidence. Charlotte and the rest of the staff at Geddes went simply above and beyond helping me out and I left not only feeling taken care of, but like I had made some new friends.

I highly recommend Geddes Pools!

I can't give a review for this business. It would be biased in nature due to a family member being employed there. However I was informed it had switched ownership starting January 2019. So Its best to wait a few months before reading any reviews before then. Today's date Nov,2018.

We had a hot water heater bust and water went everywhere Mike and his team responded immediately. They were honest and professional through out the process. I would highly recommend them!

These were some of the nicest men that have done work in my home. Knowledgeable, polite, and worked well my insurance company. Cleaned up well. Came on time, called prior to arriving. I had a basement area with water damage. I will never use another company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mike came out to evaluate ruined , moldy drywall from leaking roof and window. Very honest, fair, professional. Very thorough in identifying all issues. Thank you Mike!

Had excellent service with Rainbow after dealing with a mold outbreak in my apartment. Although I didn't have anything restored they were about to come out and do an inspection on the apartment and tell me what steps I needed to take in order to move forward in the process. Excellent service, quick response time, and friendly people.

I had a water line to my fridge freeze and pop,my insurance company sent them and they were great,i then put my house for sale and the inspector found mold,i called them back out and again,fantastic job done.
Would recommend to anyone with property damage.

He and his techs, Gary & Rick, did an incredible job soft washing my clients' home in Blackford to get it ready for the market. It made a world of difference on the curb appeal & how the home presented in the listing pictures. Can't recommend Chris & his team enough!
