Before purchasing my pool, I interviewed four dealers. I am so happy that I choose Backyard Fun Pools for my 12'6" x 32'10" fiberglass pool manufactured by Leisure Pools. The installation process was handled in a professional manner, no details were overlooked. It was obvious that this company has extensive experience in the managing even the smallest details of pool installation. The entire team at BFP is customer focused!

Very unprofessional with poor customer service. Recently purchased a home with a pool I was looking for company that could help guide first time pool owners. They informed me of a "pool school" that I was excited for but to my displeasure this was a 45 minute session of being scolded for not knowing much about pools and then information that could have been given to me on a flyer. This was $238. I later wanted to get on the schedule for closing my pool for winter. They said they would let me know of their availability...they texted me after 5 pm on a Friday with a some instructions and said get your pool ready by tomorrow...I responded asking for a time and they replied we do not give times... I said can you at least give me a window since you texted me last minute with no heads up..they responded sarcastically with their business hours For Saturday....when I showed my frustration with the lack of heads up I got a phone call from a woman yelling at me how ridiculous I am and how they don't need my business because they have 400 other clients.. wish them the best.

When working with Backyard Fun Pools several years ago it became apparent very quickly we had chosen the right company. They worked with us to make our dream backyard become a reality. Even though they stay extremely busy they are very quick to answer any questions we have. From installation, closing of the pool, opening of the pool, and maintaining the perfect H2O balance Backyard Fun Pools is the best.

We were very happy with the entire experience. We had to have our pool liner replaced and they did an excellent job. Friendly staff and good communication from the business and installers. We very highly recommend them.

In 2016 we moved to a house with a pool. Being completely clueless on how to care for it, we called Backyard Fun Pools. They have been nothing short of wonderful. They did pool school with us, showed us how to maintain our pool, and helped us with ordering and installing a cover. They still explain things about our pool whenever I have a question. When I come in for chemicals or to get the water tested, everyone is so amazingly friendly. They treat their customers like family. They are so trustworthy and reliable. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our pool needs!

Backyard Fun installed my vinyl liner pool in 2006. They have been wonderful to work with over the years! We have them close and open our pool every year and they are always prompt to respond when there is a problem (and we haven't had many through the years). I have learned a lot from them about caring for my pool over the years as well. If you want a swimming pool that will perform well over many years-then this is the pool company you want to work with... they know what they are doing and they will take good care of you, even after the installation is complete. I can attest to that having worked with them 11 years. My pool looks as beautiful today as it did the summer it was installed. Chuck did a great job with installation; Sherri and Shay take care of you in the store; and Brady will make sure you are taken care of in the field. It is truly a family business!

My experience with Backyard Fun Pools has been excellent! They are perfectionists with their work and their customer service is exceptional. We are pleased with our pool and the quality of the workmanship they provided. If they don't know the answer, they will find out and get back with you and they are always there if a question should arise. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful company to deal with. Great people. Chuck ensured we got a quality product, expertly installed and reasonably priced. The finished product is beautiful; just what we wanted. We had intention of interviewing all local pool installers before making a decision. But after meeting with Shay briefly we knew we weren't going anywhere else. It's a family company run by just really good, honest, friendly and knowledgeable people. My kids were excited to see Chuck and his crew arrive every morning, and not just because they were installing our pool....they just really loved Chuck! So happy we chose Backyard Fun Pools and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great company with great people. I have purchased supplies there for several years. They have always been very helpful. My only complaint...I wish they would return my phone calls.

Terrible to work with! They installed our liner five years ago and it is already leaking and falling apart. Called to have them replace and they don’t service our area any longer which is fine, but they state they don’t have the measurements or the serial number for the liner which is either a lie or a terrible business practice. Would not recommend!

We called backyard pools in Dec 2021 for hot tub repair. They came out and diagnosed our issues, costing us about $300, saying it would need a new computer board, or they could possibly find the parts. After a couple of weeks, wanting to use our hot tub, I made the mistake of calling in, & telling the gentleman that I dont mind to pay whatever it takes to get our hot tub running again. He gave a price of about $1,200. I agreed to that price. In the meantime the temperatures were dropping and I asked if it needed to he drained, & he said not to. A couple weeks later he installed the new system, but now my hot had busted pipes, frozen pump. After the install of the new board he tried to convince me that it was good, just needed to thaw out. After the thaw out, it still did not work. It would not heat, & pump to had flow issues. I had them come back out, & let me add the $1,200 board ended up costing close to $2,000 install included, & now they’re charging me again to repair something that was never fixed the first time. This went on all the way to Late Feb 2022. The gentleman said he wouldn’t leave me hanging, but it got to the point where he couldn’t get me in the schedule, couldn’t get ahold of who he bought the board from in order for them to walk him through it, & eventually having others text me back, instead of him. After about $2,500 spent & 3 months later, my hot tub is still not working. Turning on, with no constant heat, & pump 2 out of commission, is not fixed. I believe i was patient with this company, & did not want to go this route, but I wanted to warn others before they make the same mistakes. This photo is the condition my hot tub was left in.

Backyard Fun Pools installed a fiberglass pool for me in the summer of 2016. They did a fabulous job and we are thrilled! They are attentive to the details, treat your property as if its their own, and the workmanship was excellent. Additionally, they don't finish and simply leave you hanging - they work with you continuously to make sure you understand the maintenance, balancing the chemicals, winterizing the pool, and even checking on the pool over the winter. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in installing an in-ground pool!
