Dylan was fantastic. We had damage from the hurricane and he was able to address it and get things dried out quickly. They also did a great job not trying to keep equipment at our place longer than necessary. Dylan was also very careful not to do unnecessary damage that would cost us more money when the repairs start.

Thank you Spotless for coming out and power washing the house, the patio, the walkways and the driveway, looks good as new. And Caleb was very easy to work with and accommodating, and patient as we waited for the rainy days to pass. Gary and Rick were also very professional and helpful, even helping me move the furniture back on the patio for me. They go above and beyond. And I can't forget about Tina, who is a professional through and through, she educates and walks her customers through the process, so eager to help and explain the hows, whys and benefits of their services. She supports homeowners in the maintenance and wellbeing of our homes. And also I LOVE supporting a woman-owned, locally owned and operated business!! The house is now "spotless" - thank you!

Caleb was amazing! He came in and identified the mold areas in our house and gave us a quote within hours. He and his team came in and removed the mold from our entire project (a 3000sqft property we were remodeling) in two days! There are zero stains and all the mold is gone. We had a huge job for Spotless to tackle! A 3200 sq ft house that flooded for 3 days and sat empty for over a year! The house had to be gutted and was completely covered in mold 2 stories from the crawl space all the way up to the attic! It was on the ceilings, sub flooring, and the studs! I’m talking green fuzzy mold and black mold everywhere! I was worried we would not be able to get rid of it all! After spotless came in and did their thing the wood looked brand new! There was no more visible mold and I could walk in the house without hacking and coughing!!! They did such a great job! I plan on using them for all of our future projects!!
