I wish I could say my experience was a good one. I hired Wildcat Cleaning to do a serious move out deep clean some 3 weeks ago. I recently moved 30 minutes away. The cleaning team was to show up at my old house at noon yesterday as I had another appointment on the other side of town at 1 p.m. At 12:30 p.m. I finally reached someone at the office to find the time had been changed because the previous customer wasn't satisfied. They didn't make it to my house until 4 p.m. (so another trip for me) and I was told they'd only work for a couple of hours and finish up later in the week. I wouldn't let them start until the office agreed by phone to finish the job today. Imagine my surprise when I got a call last night at 6:30 p.m. wanting a credit card number even though they'd not come close to finishing. None of this had been explained to me in advance. The caller said other people might clean the following day so the ones who did work needed paid! Is that my job? They did finish up this morning and sadly, after pointing out all the missed areas (dust all over a bathroom sink, lint wrapped around a cable wire, spots on linoleum that I could clean with water & a kleenex, dust on chair rails), I decided my time was too valuable (on my now fourth trip in) to ask them to do a better job, paid them and asked them to leave. For the money they charged, well over $600, everything should have been spotless. And no, I crossed out the part on their contract saying I would not "disparage" their services. That should have been a big hint!

Crew leader Zeke Slusher and his team were excellent in deep cleaning of our new home before we moved into the home. They were thorough, detail-aware, and very respectful. They have learned to clean a dwelling well and rest assured they work diligently and finished on time if not before.

Wildcat cleaning team was professional and they arrived on time. I rescheduled the appointment without any hassle. They did an excellent job and everything was squeaky clean especially the appliances.

10/10 recommend these guys!

Both knew him . Brandon still watching over this momma at a distance . They had nothing but great memories of him . They did a fantastic job . I was given this company’s name by another helper group. I’ve been having health problems, am 78 years old, short of breath climbing 7 steps and needed someone to take my recycle and garbage out to the dumpsters in front of my building. This was explained to the male on the phone. He continued to respond as if he didn’t understand what I was saying. He quoted a set fee of $50 per person per hour. He quoted the need for a two man crew, which I found unnecessary. Then he quoted their minimum of two hours.
As I needed my entryway emptied, I agreed.
The gentlemen arrived at 10:10 and finished at 10:40. Then the lead man of the crew began to figure the cost. I’d not been given any option but two men, $50 each per hour, minimum two hours, so the need to figure anything surprised me.. So I mentioned to him, what been I’d told at the previous contact with their office. He called his office and said to me his contact said I’d agreed to the $200. He avoided stating that was the only option he’d given me. I followed up with a text message for which there was and has been no response.
So, buyer BEWARE, this organization is run by ripoff artists even though the actual workers were well mannered and did 30 minutes work for $200, I’ll bet they didn’t share in the over priced cost.

Wildcat Clean Team did an amazing job cleaning our new home before we moved in! They were very efficient and did an exceptional job! The previous owners had left the blinds in the entire home in a pretty icky state, but not to worry because these guys made sure they were spotless! We will definitely use them again in the future!!

Wildcat Clean Team has been cleaning the spa I manager for about a year now. Anytime we have had a scheduling conflict, or need an extra clean, the owners are very understanding and quick to accommodate. Our spa sends out surveys and cleanliness is about 1/2 of the survey.. we get GREAT responses! Love the wildcat team! They do fantastic work!
