I'm posting this for my momma, Connie Akers. Jordan and Chandler were the technicians who came to my house last Friday. They were on time, very courteous. They were in and out of the house, careful to leave no mess. My daughter was very ill and they made sure they got her room done first so she could go back to bed. They explained everything that they were doing and answered any questions I had completely and in a way that I could understand. We had a good experience with you and should we need any other type of cleaning you offer we will most definitely choose you!

Sawyer is very nice and respectful he really hard on my carpet it was pretty soiled where my late mother sat but he said look at it tomorrow and let them know they offered 1 free clean
They came back and cleaned spots again and they came out a lot better

They told us if they thought a service was not necessary or best for our particular floors or furniture. Then they did the work with quiet efficiency. These guys did a great job. I had two light colored chairs and a large couch cleaned. They tested the fabrics to make sure what was the proper cleaning method for each and they were different. I also had a 11x13 light colored area rug they took back to the shop to clean.

We have used Joey’s before to clean our porch furniture cushions but this time we asked them to also clean our Saltillo tile and grout. They just hit the ball out of the park!
We not only have clean cushions, we have a floor that is clean and grout that is as white as it was when it was set! Honestly I had tried everything to clean the grout over the past 9 years and nothing worked. Joey’s had it done in a bit over an hour.

The appointment was right on schedule ...the new rug mat was placed perfectly by Sawyer and Dave, with the new carpet on top....couch placement just right ....and service was outstanding ! Joey’s came to clean the vents in my 110+ home, and wow! The technicians arrived on time, and took great measures to avoid even remotely messing up my floors and keeping out the cold. They worked steadily and expertly, explaining what they were doing and why. When they were finished, the air in my house felt so clean! I will definitely call on them again when needed!

Sawyer worked hard to get our upholstered headboard on our bed steam cleaned. He was very through and diligent to get the job done. I appreciate his timeliness to arrive and get the job done. I would reccomend joey carpet care to anyone who needs their services. Terrific job I will use them again in the future!

Yeah, this guys doesn’t really work. Leaves half way through the job and doesn’t even do it right. Don’t waste your time. Lied about the painting job and left unfinished. Couldn’t finish a bathroom remodel.
