The Shower Room Staff will oversell you fixtures and won't give you pricing or budget. If you want to change items they give you a hard time and make you feel stupid.

The showroom manager Kimberley gave us a quote for a Moan shower system and asked for our credit card info over the phone. Assuming it wouldn’t be an issue since this seemed like a good company I gave her the info. She charged everything she quoted but then I get a random charge for almost 1K out of the blue months later. We called to get it sorted out and she claimed it was simple mistake and they’d refund me. Did not refund me even after my husband called and texted and she continued to promise that she HAD refunded the fraudulent charge. Considering we still haven’t gotten a refund and we had notified her of this issue on December 6th it’s reasonable to assume she literally just stole that money using credit card info she had from us, a client. Really mind boggling. I’ve already sent a demand letter and disputed the charge with our credit card company but it’s just scary knowing there are people out there that’ll use your credit card info that you’ve given them in a fiduciary capacity to then essentially steal almost 1K.

Rachel Smith is just wonderful! We purchased a sink and faucet from Winnelson in 2018 through our contractor, J&R Construction (side note: also amazing). We had an issue today that with the weather I was concerned about. Rachel took the call personally, spent time to stay on the line as we troubleshooted and assisted with possible solutions for almost an hour. She was kind, concerned and made me feel at ease during a frustrating moment. Her customer service is above and beyond, so appreciative of her efforts- there are not many people like her! If you purchase from Lexington Winnelson, you will be a lifetime customer.

My wife and I had another excellent experience at the Showplace at Lexington Winnelson today! We purchased all plumbing fixtures for a complete bathroom remodel in 2014. And again in 2020 we bought faucets for a new counter top in a second bathroom. Both times we were more than pleased with the service and quality of the products. Couple of days ago the spray handle component fell onto the stone shower floor and the spray end broke from the rest of the flexible shower arm. We hoped the part was still available and fully expected at best to have to order the part. Today we took the broken piece into the showroom and were again greeted by our same design person, Rachel. She remembered us and our contractor and said that maybe she might just have our solution in the back room. Rachel not only had the exact part we needed but gave it to us at No Charge! That type of service and care is rare in today's world. We will certainly be back to the Showplace in the future and highly recommend both the store and Rachel Edmisson-Smith!

Three years ago, I embarked on a big project to completely gut and redo the main bathroom in my house. The designer recommended Showplace in Nicholasville, KY for my fixtures, and my experience there with Kim and Rachel was so positive, we are using them again for another big bathroom project. I rarely experience such competency, helpfulness, and friendliness!
The project had so many decisions and quirky constraints, I can't imagine how we would have gotten such superior results without these wonderful people to guide us. And the showroom is beautiful, with their wide variety of products in a setting that allows you to see what things will look like. I couldn't recommend Showplace more highly.

Rachael and Kim are WONDERFUL. I have never shopped in a place with such a beautiful selection and knowledgeable and helpful staff! These ladies are top notch with very solid expertise in their products AND the plumbing (particularly Kim with plumbing). Their service and support are excellent. Having grown up in and run a family business, I have great appreciation for the quality and culture of their business. They are professional, organized, helpful and extremely competent. If you are in Lexington or surrounding areas, they are worth the trip (on the near side of Nicholasville coming from Lexington). My mom used them when she redid her bathroom a few years back, and when it was time to build a new bathroom in our guest suite, my husband and I didn't look anywhere else.

Just had a really good experience with Showplace , Lexington Winnelson. They took the lead in ordering a replacement faucet that was defective. We had a 3 way conversation with the factory. This was such a first class experience. Rachel you are truly the best. I highly recommend Showplace Lexington Winnelson
