We purchased a Blanco sink from Winnelson. The sink was damaged twice in transit to the store. Rachel and Alex found a sink in Louisville and Alex drove to Louisville to pick it up in her car and deliver to make sure we had the sink in time. Alex...thank you for the going the extra mile.

From a broken water heater to replacing plumbing for several bathrooms and even water filtration systems, I’ve had them do it all over the years.
We had a septic tank break over the weekend and Bill came out on a Saturday night to work on it and got it back running in no time. Another time we had our main water line leaking in the ground Alex came out the same day to fix it. They are professional plumbers and great people!!

Jared is great, he’s professional, punctual, easy to work with and it’s a highly skilled plumber. He takes great pride in his work and is incredible with communication. In an industry where it’s extremely hard to get someone not only to show up for the job, but communicate well and execute the job scope efficiently and correctly, Jared exceeds all those expectations. He’s repiped two entire homes for me recently, when they have not been ideal jobs and I appreciate him never making excuses, he just got it done and did it well. The owner Jared answered the phone timely and responded to my house to inspect for what I thought was a water leak the same day. He was on time, professional in appearance, very likable. He diagnosed by problem as being a supply line in a wall squeeking when a toilet was flushed. I was impressed with his fast and honest estimate of the problem. Best Plumber we have ever used. Jared installed the plumbing in my new shower last year and then today I had an emergency water leak and I decided to call him again! I sent him pictures and he walked me through what to do until he was able to leave the job he was finishing up. Thankfully he was able to come and fix before a disaster hit my dinning room! Very thankful for him and his expertise! He cleaned up the mess and I didn’t even have to put my three dogs up b/c he is also a dog lover! Please call him if you have an issue!
