Despite me ultimantly not going with them (do to family recommendations) to repair my underground leak they where quick and responsive to my call and gave me a good estimate.

KYPD came out and installed a new water tank heater, drain pan and relocated my main shut off valve to a more convenient spot!
The work Quality of Vlad was outstanding, very very satisfied with KYPD.
You will not find a better plumbing company in the state, maybe even in the country! God bless you all!

KYPD was hired by our builder to do plumbing work in my home, and unfortunately, the installation was done improperly. The overflow drain on a second-floor bathtub was left sealed and never cut open, which caused significant water damage. Despite this, neither KYPD nor the builder ever came out to inspect the work for themselves. I provided an independent plumber’s report and photographic evidence, yet the company has not taken responsibility or offered a solution.

As prominent local figures, I expected professionalism and accountability, but my experience has been very disappointing. I hope this review encourages KYPD to take corrective action and uphold the integrity they promote publicly.

Stop using any other plumbing company and switch to these guys! Tim Kapitula and team diagnosed our complex issue that 2 other companies couldn’t. He fixed it efficiently. We did a building remodel and they did all the plumbing where I work in Nicholasville. They showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job! In addition puppies were frozen and they showed up in a timely manner and helped us figure out the problem. Thank you!!

Had some scheduling issues and confusion. Was sent a tech for a quote (Tim) and then set up install appt. Since they were busy it was about 2 weeks out which is no problem. On install day a different tech was sent out to do a quote instead of install. Long story short whoever schedules goofed up. Tim came back the next day and had the install done quickly. Was polite, professional, and did great work. Tim basically saved the day and this review from being much lower after all the nonsense with the call center and scheduling.

I have a problem with my knee so I wanted a toilet that was higher than the 14" toilet in this house. Tim, the plumber was very polite and friendly. He did an excellent job of replacing my toilet with a higher model. He was efficient and knowledgeable.
After the new installation was complete, all packaging was picked up, removed and there was no mess. I really appreciate that he was focused on his work. Tim, keep up the good work!I

We are doing an addition on our home and we contracted KYPD to do all the plumbing. It is an extensive project and before we could start the new addition we discovered, after demo, we had to move existing plumbing lines. They fit us in so we didn't have any delay on the timeline.

Had to replace an old fridge and noticed the old water valve for the ice maker was leaking. Very tired of dealing with companies in Lexington that have s stranglehold on residential plumbing. Called KYPD and they came out next day and did the repair. Very pleased with professionalism and the job. Would recommend to anyone needing a quality job
