To be fair, there was nothing wrong with the quality of service and the technician was professional. It was also easy to schedule and we got someone out there quickly.

However, the price was outlandish. The technician installed a new sink drain that I had purchased at Lowe's, and ran a snake through the wall as a precaution (he never verified that the snake was needed, but I told him I thought it might be because that drain had been slow before the pipe broke). The job took 10 minutes of work, and we were charged $224. For those of you keeping score at home, that's $1344 per hour.

After the service I was solicited for a review that was supposed to be put on Google, but it never was. So my guess is the company is screening reviews and only posting positive ones, which perhaps explains the 4.6 star rating.

Daniel Webb was extremely professional and helpful. Was able to come out the same day we called in just a couple hours. He helped figure out our leak problem and was able to complete the repair work. We had a frozen pipe burst, and he repaired the line and also added a shut off valve for us so we could prevent this from happening again. Highly recommended!

We live in a very old house and have recurring drain problems in 'old' piping (those pipes that can't be replaced without great pains). Our drains stopped draining on Monday, I scheduled an appointment online for the following day, I got phone confirmation of the appointment and the technician was at my home when expected. Our plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our immediate problem and provided me with preventative care chemicals for monthly treatment of my old pipes. I am very satisfied!

Called Roto-Rooter first thing in the morning to get a bathroom sink drain unclogged. Appointment was scheduled for late morning. Their office called earlier than our appointment time to say they had a technician available who could be at our home within 30 minutes if that would suit us. The technician, Josh, arrived in about 15 minutes and very quickly resolved our drain problem. He was efficient, courteous, and neat in his work habits. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter of Lexington again.

I called with main water line in bath clogged. They sent someone right out. Excellent service from Josh. He was very knowledgeable and after a thorough inspection presented several options for fixing the problem--giving the pros and cons of each one.
He was able to fix the problem, cleaned up the mess, and conducted the entire appointment professionally and friendly. I will definitely call Roto Rooter again if I have a problem.

We had a BIG problem at our house today that we could not fix. We were having family visit and needed our bathroom in working order to accommodate our guests. We called Roto-Rooter and Noah arrived at our home within hours. Noah was very kind, professional and worked quickly to get our situation under control before our guests arrived! I highly recommend asking for Noah at Root-Rooter for any problems that may require a skilled plumber!

I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out a technician right away to clean up our water damage. It took a little bit of time to get a plumber out here but when we did they were fantastic and extremely apologetic and explained the situation. We were extremely satisfied with the clean up technician, John, and with the plumbers, Andrew and Joshua. Andrew provided excellent customer service and diligence to fix our problem.

We had issues with our septic system and Tyler came for 2 days for 13 hours straight and resolved the problem. He was professional and thorough every step of the way. The second day another tech Brian, also came and continued with the same work ethic and professionalism until the problems were resolved and septic was fixed. They were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.

Roto-Rooter was able to respond to our call very quickly and they were happy to work with our schedule. The plumber who came to our house was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very nice! We would absolutely use them again.

Tyler was very professional in his dealings. The first time he came, he replaced a toilet that had been in the house since 1960. He made sure I understood what the costs were to repair it vs. a replacement. He gave a very detailed explanation of what he was doing. This last time he worked on the kitchen sink which was stopped up and the disposal was leaking. Once again he explained the options. I felt like he wanted to help me get what was right for my situation.

Our kitchen faucet had a constant drip and Roto-Rooter fixed it perfectly. They installed a new faucet for us and the drip is completely gone! The new faucet works perfectly and is a huge improvement over the old one. The technician who came out was professional, friendly, and very prompt; he actually was early for all appointments which was greatly appreciated.

Our water heater developed a slow leak and I knew it was just a matter of time before we had serious problems. I called Roto-Rooter and they were very concerned about my problem and said they would get someone right out. Shaun arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly assessed the problem, explained my options and gave me a "not to exceed" estimate. He and his team were able to locate the "one" water heater in town that matched my requirements and made arrangements to pick it up and install it. He was extremely cordial and professional and did an excellent job on the installation, ensuring that my configuration now met current code. I was very pleased with the experience and will consider Roto-Rooter for future plumbing needs.

My technician, Daniel Webb, was very professional, kind, and thorough. I was also impressed at his expediency in arriving at my home. When he left there was no evidence that any plumbing had occurred. When I called this morning to report my situation my call was answered by Brittany, who was polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooters to all my friends and family.

We had a clog in the line from our upstairs bathroom. Josh came out and used the line tool and completely cleared the line. .He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After he finished, he took the time to clean the bathroom floor. We were given a 6-month guarantee as well. That is great service and we will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future for our plumbing needs.

We have a kitchen sink that has leaked and backed up off and on for years. Last week the situation became hopeless and we had to call a professional. Chase from RotoRooter was at our house within a half hour and quickly began assessing the situation. Unfortunately, as soon as he began to work, our electricity went out on the whole block and he had to wait for over an hour before he could get started. He was so nice and patient. He even offered to run and grab me lunch since I couldn't cook. Once the electricity came back on and he began to work, it became obvious that the problem was much worse than first thought. He tried several techniques, soaking himself with grime and crud from the pipes in the process. Chase worked for several hours by himself before having to call in reinforcements, who also arrived quickly and got straight to work. The problem was finally solved and they even cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint is that the price was a little higher than quoted, but the issue was fixed and it was a bigger job than expected. They did a great job and we really appreciated it!

Sarah Dent & Noah Taulbee-Martin were so wonderful to work with! Sarah was out to inspect the damage within 2 hours of my initial call to Roto Rooter, and then she had her mitigation team out a few hours after that. They even managed to get our pipe replaced the same day! We are so grateful to them, and very appreciative of not only their timely response, but their kindness and compassion during a very stressful time in our lives. Thank you a million times over! We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Owning a small business can be tough when plumbing issues arise! Jeff Johnson was very knowledgeable and professional! He was able to identify issues with my 3 compartment sink and water heater to keep my business running. I will definitely be calling again when I need plumbing services!

From scheduling online to the service performed everything was wonderful! It was easy to schedule and I was happy to see I could have a later day appointment. I received confirmation quickly and was even contacted earlier than my appointment to see if the technician could come earlier. The technician, Brian, was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a difficulty problem and he was able to fix it. He explained the issues to me and even made recommendations for future care in order to avoid it. Even when there was a mess from an overflowing sink, Brian cleaned everything up. The cost for the services was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and will call them again if I need any plumbing service. I would even use them over my home warranty company.

Jeff and Kevin did an absolutely wonderful job repairing my sewer line. They were very knowledgable, responsive, always timely, pleasant, and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them if you have the need for a plumber! They made a difficult situation much more tolerable. I will use them again if I should have the need. Thank you both!

Dylan came out the next day and was amazing. Her gave me recommendations and his thoughts. He listened to my issues and fixed them. I would recommend him and Roto to anyone. I will ask for him on the next call

Super great service! This was our 2nd time using Roto-Rooter. The first service call was with John Davis, today was with Zach Morton. Both were super professional, located the problems and got the job done quickly then cleaned up after they were finished. We will be useing Roto-Rooter from now on! Also want to add, the office staff has always been super friendly and quick to get us scheduled. We greatly appreciate you!
