My kitchen sink was backed up and my dish washer is having tough time to drain water. Roto-Rooter stepped in early than scheduled time and fixed my problem in no time. Technician answered all questions I have. No hidden charges and reasonable cost. They stand behind their work for 6 months. I highly recommend this place and I will surely use them for my future needs.

Roto rooter is the only plumbing company I will use. Their prices are fair, and their plumbers are honest. I've had the pleasure of working with Tristan, Brian, Dale and Tyler, and they have all gone above and beyond to ensure that any problems I have are fixed correctly, the first time. Last Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, I had a water main break under my foundation. They were there at 8 am and around 5 pm we realized there was secondary break farther up the line also under my foundation, they would not be able to fix that night. In order to make sure I had water they stayed 3 hours late to dig up my main line and connect it to my house directly, as a temporary fix until they could get back Friday morning and get to the secondary break. Friday morning they were back bright and early at 8 am, got to the secondary break and ran new pipe from there to the initial break and reconnected back into the house. They then back filled the holes they dug for temporary fix, filled in the holes from the 2 breaks, and relaid the concrete they had to jack hammer through to get to them, and they were done by 5 PM.

Roto-rooter is the only plumbing company I will use, and I cannot recommend them enough!

I was having low water pressure in my bathroom sink. I wanted a second opinion after a previous plumbing company told me I needed all of my pipes replaced because they were rusted and eventually none of my plumbing would work. Tyler came and the only problem was a clogged aerator in my faucet. He was fast, professional and saved me from a lot of worry and a huge unnecessary expense. I would highly recommend.

They came to fix a clog and I appreciated knowing cost before they did work. I understand part of "labor" is equipment upkeep so I didn't think their price was outrageous. They showed me my line to the sewer with the "See Snake" which was reassuring.

After they fixed the problem they took the time to answer my questions about my house's plumbing. They explained things well. They recommended some things I should think about upgrading (1960s house) but also told me about sections that could wait. He wrote down everything - so I can compare to other estimates when I upgrade/remodel later.

I called for someone to provide an estimate and within the hour Tyler arrived at my door. I am thrilled with the service I received from Tyler today. He identified our plumbing problem quickly and knew exactly what to do to fix it thoroughly and did not leave a mess. In addition, he arrived wearing required PPE, was polite and very friendly. THANK YOU Roto Rooter for coming to our rescue! I called Roto Rooter in the middle of the night when we discovered a leak in the master bath Jacuzzi faucet. My husband tried to fix It himself and we ended up with water shooting out of the faucet like a geyser. The only way to stop it was to shut the water off for the whole house. John came over at 1 AM and fixed everything in about 20 minutes. He even had the needed part on his truck. He was polite, efficient, and neat. I will absolutely recommend them and use them again.

They repaired one of our hot water heaters today. I was impressed with their speed of service and honesty in recommending service on my heaters. Their many great Google reviews are well deserved. Go no further if you are in need of plumbing service. This is a solid business with honest, competent staff.

I had a few different issues in my house that I’m trying to sell. The gas company wouldn’t turn on the gas until a shut off valve was installed. Also I had a leaky shower and a busted ptrap in the bathroom. Tyler was here in a timely manner, I commend him on the gas shutoff, he didn’t feel comfortable so Brian came over and installed the shut off. Tyler rebuilt my entire shower and ptrap, he was clean, respectful and very knowledgeable! I would recommend Tyler any day! He also went out of his way to go to Lowe’s with me to pick out a shower kit that I liked! Very impressed!

Jacob was quick, efficient, polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and quickly remedied the issue and left our bathroom cleaner than he found it afterward. He worked with our homeowners warranty company and provided all pertinent information without question. He's truly an asset to Roto-Rooter. At 9:00 am on Saturday morning I called rotor rooter because I had a leak under my bathroom sink By 11:00 AM they had arrived fixed the problem and was ready to leave.
I was so impressed with the quickness and knowledge they showed.
I would recommend this company to anyone as for me I will not use anyone else.

I had an appointment for an independent plumber to be at my house at noon to replace my water heater. He hadn't showed by 12:30 and didn't answer my call or voice mail. At 12:50 I called Roto-Rooter, and Nick was at my house within 15 minutes.

He assessed the situation and took extra effort to purchase the water heater brand I wanted (mine had lasted 16 years, so I wanted the same brand). It cost more, but he didn't not increase the estimate or final cost.

Unfortunately, the new water heater's fittings did not align with the installed pipes. and the location of the T&P relief valve was different. This meant that the job required more pipe and fittings and a trip for parts. Instead of taking the easy route and using an obtrusive pipe at a 90-degree angle from the T&P valve, around the heater to the wall, he cut several lengths of pipe and used several elbows, so the pipe would lay close to the heater all the way around.

The crew was courteous, extremely professional and diligent, and very knowledgeable. This was my first call to a plumber during nine years in my house. It started off badly, but thanks to Roto-Rooter, Nick and James, it ended perfectly. I'm now thankful that the first plumber failed to appear (things happen for a reason, they say). Now I will always call Roto-Rooter if I need a plumber, and I am very glad to have one I can trust completely.

Roto-Rooter just finished clearing up my drain issue .Without a doubt I will use them for any other plumbing issues might arise. Tyler F. was the most polite and conscientious person I have meet in sometime .He young, but quite knowledgeable and went immediately on issue at hand. He is certainly a 5 star review!!!!

Daniel Webb is an EXCEPTIONAL technician and representative for your company. He is very professional, friendly, and willingly and patiently explained what steps he was taking to resolve our problems. He did not rush the job and did not leave until he felt the job was completed to his, and our, satisfaction. My husband and I are very pleased with his workmanship and very grateful for his honesty and kindness in dealing with our situation. Daniel made us feel like he was totally dedicated to fixing our problem. I would not hesitate to recommend your company based on Daniel Webb's performance. I can't say enough.

I just moved into a house and come to find out the hard way that my flush out pipe had been bored through which caused sewage backup in my house. They came out and identified the issue and right away. Within 24 hours the mess was cleaned up thanks to the cleanup crew (Christian Cullip and Dana Deathridge). As far as the plumbing work that was done fixing the flush out pipe as well as some other work Joel Marlowe was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better quality or promptness from him for work that was completed. Also, the office staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. I discovered a plumbing problem on Friday at 5 pm going into Memorial Day weekend. Our drains were backing up in our law office. Bad timing! I was able to reach Roto-Rooter with a quick turn around. Sarah and Joseph with RotoRooter Water Restoration were my literal life savers this past weekend. I came home to a flooded basement and Joseph was there within 2 hours and stayed overtime to help out. Both Joseph and Sarah were there first thing the next day to finish the job. They then installed fans to completely dry my basement out. Going above and beyond to make sure I was all set. They are now dealing directly with my insurance company. Having basic plumbing knowledge, and attempting to fix two different problems with tools and know how readily available to a homeowner, we needed a professional. Roto Rooter had a representative out within a day for a free estimate. Quoting us a fair price and they were able to take care of the problem on the spot. Billy was extremely knowledgeable, fixed our problems, and did a great job. We would recommend him and Roto Rooter for any plumbing issue you may have.

Tyler came to our house on time, had our clogged sink fixed in just a few minutes and was very thorough in making sure the problem was solved. He was upfront about the price before he got started. He was also very polite throughout the whole experience, even asking if it was okay to use our paper towels to clean up some water he spilled. Our 50 gallon gas water heater died on a Friday after 12 years of service. Not many local plumbing options exist over the weekend, and we called Roto-Rooter Plumbing to see if they could help. From their 24 hour dispatcher, to their prompt scheduling--they stayed in contact with us until our technician could arrive the next day. Andrew (our technician) was both knowledgeable and professional. He informed our all our options and was able to anticipate other potential problems so that his repair time was minimized. The repairs were completed and at at a fair/competitive price. I would certainly recommend calling Roto-Rooter plumbing again to anyone who needed their assistance.
