The plumber who came out, Ivan, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had it fixed with a couple hours of work. The price was good, much better than another estimate I got from a different company. I'll be using KYPD for any future plumbing needs I have.

Maybe I was just lucky, I got Tim Kapiula for my service specialist. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, I couldn't have gotten better service. He kept me up to date on the progress and let me know when he had to run get a part that wasn't on his truck and the cost of the extra part. The repairs went fairly quick and everything worked perfectly when he was done. Would I recommend him? Would I ask for him next time? Yes, 100%, yes.

KYPD installed the plumbing for a room addition onto our current home and installed an external faucet for watering the yard. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Vova and Curt. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Work was completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I will definitely use KYPD again.

I've used KYPD several times over the course of about a year and a half. I will call them for any plumbing needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I've had a tankless water heater installed with a recirculation line. This included upgrading and extending a natural gas line to the tankless unit and HVAC. They also stubbed in a natural gas connection for a Generac system. Most recently, I contacted KYPD with an overflowing condensate drain. Ivan did an outstanding job diagnosing with a snake/camera and removing the blockage with a hyrdo-jet. He was on-time, very courteous and professional. He did a great job explaining the troubleshooting process and the diagnosis. I appreciate how he really hustled every step of the way to locate, break out the clog, and then clean up in less than an hour and a half. Overall, KYPD has excellent employees and provides excellent service.

Horrible experience with this company. The previous owners of our house hired them to work on the sewage line in the front of our home. After having issues with our grass, we did some digging and found a 20 ft tarp had been left under the work they had done. I called to see if someone could come take a look and was immediately met with hostility saying "they don't use tarps" and it was not their problem, when there was clearly a tarp left directly under their work, and they already finished the job they were contracted for and weren't coming to help us. I was called a liar and told they weren't going to do anything with our landscaping (even though I was not asking them to do landscape work). Jamie was yelling, saying "they didn't leave a tarp" when I was standing there, staring at a 20 ft tarp directly under their work. I am not sure if it is because I am female and they spoke with me instead of my husband but I was very taken aback with the manner in which I was spoken to and that they wouldn't even attempt to solve the problem they left. Very sad when a company has no pride in their work or relationships with customers. Will NEVER use this company and will be telling everyone to stay far away because once they "complete their contract" and they receive payment, they're out and not going to assist with anything that comes from the job they did.

I couldn’t be more pleased with John’s work! He found the leaky pipe behind a wall, carefully cut drywall out and replaced pipes. He was very fast and efficient. Had all his tools neatly organized so no fishing around for parts or tools. Super professional. I wish they had a 10 star review!!

I live in a apartment, your company changed out a toilet in my apartment, they have used many plumbers over the years, but Johnathan did the best of any they have used over the years. He was on time went right to work, very efficiently did the job. Best service ever.

We had a 15-year-old water heater that was cracked beyond repair and leaking. A coworker recommended Got Your 6, so I gave them a call and they had a plumber at my house the next morning. John quoted a fair price, replaced the water heater within a few hours, and charged exactly what was quoted. He handled all the permitting, and had the old water heater hauled off. Highly recommended!

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience with Daniel was. I have just bought a house for the first time and called Roto-Rooter to see about getting a gas line prepped for a gas stove. While in the basement I noticed a puddle and a leak and then I was being faced with a huge amount of repairs I wasn't expecting to make within a week of owning this home. Daniel Webb was our plumber and he was such a hard worker, as well as kind and very empathetic. He worked so hard figuring out where to find the leak and did everything in his power to make cuts in hidden areas of the home. My grandmother made a surprise visit on the second day of the job and he even escorted her all the way up the hill of my drive and through to the back patio where I was. He is really just a wonderful guy and a really hard worker. His plumbing knowledge was exceptional and I honestly cannot recommend him enough.

I recently purchased a townhouse and it seemed to spring a few leaks at the connections after only a few days of owning. I was able to get the leaks repaired on the weekend - I was worried about the cost and just getting someone out on the weekend. The townhouse is over 20 years old and this was not completely unexpected to me but the repairs exceeded my expectations in value/cost and look - Daniel finished it off nicely and I feel like I have moved into a brand new home. I was so impressed with the results, I had Daniel come back and install the new toilets. And, should I ever need plumbing service / plumbing advice in the future I will not hesitate to call - even if it's the weekend.

Great Service if price or value are not factors. I called and spoke with customer service and asked what their hourly rates were. They said they do not charge hourly, but charge by the job. The plumber came out on time, as expected, and did a good job. He was there for two (2) hours and I was charged $700 labor plus materials of $100. Their hourly rate is $300++

I woke up on a Sunday morning with a water heater mess. It had flooded my laundry room and office. I had no idea that Roto-Rooter handled this type of problem from beginning to end, but they did. They responded right away and had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. It took several days before everything was dried out and safe again. Both guys that came to my house were extremely polite and professional.
