I was so pleased with the service, the technician and the outcome. They answered right away and were at my house within an hour. They came from Lexington or Nicholasville.
Getting home from vacation after a week I found standing water in my garage basement. He explained it all, my sewer had backed up and flooded a portion of the garage. I won’t give details but it was really bad. He cleared the lines and off he went.
I will add that I didn't got a call for the cleanup team to come, I had to call or I would given 5 stars.

Jameson helped clear a significantly clogged drain. This particular drain has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile. He did a great job setting up, protecting our furniture and floor. And he did a great job of cleaning up. Much appreciated!!

Shane was exceptional. We had a leak Saturday night. Shane came out Sunday morning and identified the problem. He also checked other plumbings and found a drain wasn’t installed correctly and fix that too. This is for a residential I personally own. Shane also helped us replace cast iron to PVC in a commercial building I co-owned. If you’re looking for a fast, professional, and communicative plumber, he’s the guy.

Shane did amazing job remodeling our bathroom, along with other plumbing needs. One stop shop. He is very experianced and excellent plumber in all areas. If you have plumbing needs - he is your man.

I cannot recommend Shane and his company enough. I called him on a Friday night in the middle of a UK basketball game because our kitchen sink had stopped draining and my husband was unable to unclog it. Without hesitation, Shane came to Lexington from Nicholasville and fixed our problem. Normally, I wouldn’t consider a clogged drain an emergency on a Friday night, but we are hosting our daughter’s baby shower tomorrow and not being able to prepare food and clean our kitchen was a major issue. Words can’t express how much we appreciate Shane! He saved the baby shower!

The folks at I Gotta Guy Plumbing do great work. We called them over for what we thought to be a clogged toilet. They were able to diagnose it correctly as a pipeline clog and were able clear the clog and fix us up with a proper cleanout system. We really appreciate these guys and their wonderful help. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier! Called on a holiday weekend. Showed up the next day, gave a competitive quote and started work immediately. Reworked some problematic plumbing and installed new water heater with pan and proper drainage. Had us up and running by lunch time, as well as, checked all existing faucets, found and repaired a few issues I hadn't even noticed. Will be the first and only call I make in the future.
