Shane came to service my water heater which had been out for a few days. He was able to trouble shoot and discovered a breaker was out on the heater. He was polite and very efficient. I highly recommend his service. His prices are well within an affordable amount. Yes I will call him the next time I need a plumber. Thank you Shane for a quick response.

Got an expensive quote from one of the big corporate plumbers in town for a gas line removal. Way expensive! Saw the I Got A Guy truck. Called them for a quote. Talked over the phone and sent pictures. They gave a rough range and got to work. Got it done, quickly, cleanly, at a fair price. Communication was great. These are my dudes from now on. No more paying for big corporate overhead, I’ll just call I Got A Guy. I don’t need a call center or automatic bot text messages. Here are before after gas line removal pictures.

Amazing service by Hank today. He installed two grab bars in my shower and was very careful around the tile. Also he changed the shower head to a handheld one. He cleaned up and the price was fair. ! Definitely will use this company again.

Very disappointed in the pricing and customer service from owner. I got a recommendation to use I gotta guy when looking for a plumber to fix a cracked cast iron pipe, and assumed wrongfully that they would give me a fair price. After a delay in coming out to the house to look at the pipe, I did initial repairs, which stopped leaking to the area and when they came out, I was quoted a high amount for extensive repairs which would require them to cut more cast iron, however after removing the repaired pipe the technician was able to use the exiting repair and with only a new coupling. The technician was very nice and completed the work in a timely manner, however the price remained the same extraordinary amount even though the repair was very minimal. I have included the before and after pictures of the area to give a little context to the situation. It seems that the owner was looking to take advantage of the situation because I am a young woman unfortunately. Overall very disappointed with the overall outcome especially given how minimal the repairs ended up being.

Great service. Had someone come out shortly after we called them and repaired our water heater. No issues and was fast and courteous. They only take cash or check so just be prepared for that. Really glad I called them.

Shane has worked on my house in the past and is reliable and fair in his pricing. I recently had a leak and Hank was sent to my home and was so kind and explained everything to me (im a college girl lol)! Absolutely will use them again and recommend them one thousand times over!!!

Shane has done extensive work for me so he was the first person I thought of when my sink got a huge clog. Hank came on a Saturday afternoon and took care of the problem. He was careful to keep everything clean and was done in less than an hour. I appreciate their kindness and attention to detail. Big or small, I Gotta Guy will take care of you.

The crazy cold weather caused a pipe to burst in my crawl space. Shane came out quickly to assess the situation. He got the parts to repair the pipe and got me all set and squared away way in just a few hours. He gave me some preventive tips as well. He was quick and professional and super helpful! I had a venting issue with my toilet, and Sunny’s Plumbing Solutions did an excellent job getting it fixed at a very reasonable price. What really stood out was that they took the time to explain a few things about the plumbing in my house, which meant a lot to me as a first-time homeowner. Their service was professional, helpful, and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Scheduled a plumber at 9am to come at 3pm. No communication from them, so I called at 4pm and was told he would be there by 6. At 6:30pm, they sent a text telling me they would be there at 8 the next morning. 9:30 and still no plumber or communication. So maybe use them if you are retired or unemployed and don’t need to move your schedule to when they (won’t) be there.

Fantastic company, showed up first thing Monday after contacting late on a Sunday. Hunter was fantastic he did the job quickly and well.
