Sewer blocked up at 4:45 on a holiday Monday afternoon as we washing clothes and dogs. Called several plumbing companies with only one picking up and saying their techs were busy until Thursday. Shane is the only one to call me back. His brother agreed to turn around from heading home to help me out. It's a problem we've had before and he spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose the issue and also snaking the line after taking the toilet off. Not an easy call and he wasn't done until 8:30pm. Shane will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I had a small job and they were on it like it was the biggest job they have ever had. They were very friendly, courteous, and had the equipment that they needed. Looking forward to working with them on future projects.

Shane was prompt and very personable and cleaned up the area he worked in. He had our water heater running in no time. I have this company in my phone for future use. Had a leaking toilet. Called i gotta guy and they scheduled me for the next day. It was not an emergency. Hank came in and found the problem quickly and was able to repair it on the spot. Great customer service and explained the issue and repair process for anyone to understand. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Had an amazing experience! A plumber was able to get to my house in a very timely manner, they explained everything in detail before proceeding with the maintenance and left our house in better shape than before our pipe problem! Will definitely be calling them again for all my plumbing needs!

Highly recommend using Shane and Gotta Guy. Great prices and super quick response time both times I've called him. The thing I've liked most is his phone call to schedule services always helps identify how urgent the problem is, some possible ideas on what he thinks might be the problem and solution, and warns you what you might be in for time/money-wise to the best of his ability. He's also really good about checking with you throughout the service to keep you up to date on the price if there are new elements or parts he thinks you need.

Mr. Finch was wonderful to work with. I had a plumbing emergency after hours and was referred to Igottaguy plumbing. He responded right away and had my problem resolved in less than hour. He was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again if I have any plumbing issues.

I called to get a leaking toilet repaired and they were there the same day to complete the job. They even made two additional repairs I asked about while they were there. They were very professional and efficient and I will definitely use their services in the future.

I called at 6:30pm on Saturday night for what i thought was my garbage disposal not working. All other places i had called had told me next week before they could come. I just purchased my first home and was freaking out. He got here 45 minutes after I called was very friendly, knowledgeable. It turned into not being my garbage disposal but my drains needed clean, something he normally doesn't do but did. Very thorough and gave great tips for my home! 1000/10 recommend and for all my plumbing needs in my forever home will be contacting I Gotta Guy Plumbing!! Thank you for putting my mind at ease!

*Update- I called again a month later (yesterday) and they come out today. Hank came out and was very knowledgeable and thorough and worked hard to unclog my upflush toilet in my basement. After he left, Shane called to make sure I was satisfied. And of course I was. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs! If I could give 10 stars I would!

My plumbing issues were not an emergency, Shawn said he would come out the first day I contacted him but since I already had plans we agreed the next day would be better for me. They were professionally nice guys, they explained what they were looking for and solved the mystery of my water issues. I was totally pleased with this company for their immediate responsiveness. I called after normal working hours due to clogged plumbing, but the owner answered my call anyway. He apologized that they could not come immediately, but promised to do so by 10:00 the next morning. Hank Curtis arrived at 9:35 and efficiently and courteously fixed my problems. I will use I Gotta Guy Plumbing again if needed and highly recommend them! The most recent work done by I Gotta Guy included toilet repair and installation of grab bars in my shower. Again, Hank met the appointment time promised by Shane, completed the job, and left the area with no mess. Another good job by I Gotta Guy!

I recently moved to Lexington and am a first time home buyer so when my first home problem arose I was a little overwhelmed! I got Shane’s number from my wonderful realtor. Shane picked up right away and Hank was over the next day to fix our issue. He was kind and very informative! Would highly recommend.
