The store has new management and they offer great customer service. The store hours on the website are the hours they keep.

Excellent work, very reliable, always keeps pool and equipment in great condition.

I have been here three times in the past year. Twice meet with very rude service. Walked out FRUSTRATED no supplies.Third time they were closed in the mid day in May peek season for pool supplies???? Will never go back!!!

You won’t go wrong with American pool and spa for all pool needs from install to water care. After using them to install our fiberglass pool I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pool needs.

The hours are a joke! Showed up at 9am on Monday and they were closed! Called the number the next day at 1030 and it rang and rang! Pretty sad! No wonder everyone i know avoids this place and goes to Lex for their supplies!! Oh well, never again!

I go into this store a few times a year during the Summer and whoever those ladies are out front are probably the nicest people in Madison county. Super polite and I have no complaints regarding the prices.

I have been using American Pool & Spa for several years and they are great to work with. They do my opening, closing and weekly maintenance. I would highly recommend them.

Great place. They make it so easy for someone who is new with pools. Once they test ur water, they give u a printout and mark the bottles to make it easy when u get home. Pool chemicals can get pricey, but that is anywhere. They have top of the line products and send coupons in the mail! Excellent customer service. U won't find any better.

Cody gave us amazing customer service. He took his time to explain the different options that fit into our budget, and we never felt pressured to buy something we dont need/ cant afford. Everyone there was so friendly and kind.

Darren and the guys came and fixed my Hot Springs Hot Tub The Very next Day after I called him.
Customer service is hard to find these Days,but these guys go above and beyond to help there customers!! So glad I bought my Hot Tub from Darren at American Pool and Spas in Richmond!

Chris and Isaiah were great.....fast and professional....

They put our pool in 2 years ago and have taken care of it ever since. My pool water is always crystal clear. They care for my pool and my hot tub. I cannot say enough about Justin and his staff. Always professional and always friendly!
