When our ac bit the dust on a mid 90° Sunday evening Air Supreme was the only company that answered my call. They asked me if it was urgent or could wait until morning. I told them it could wait over night. They said someone would call me first thing in the morning. Monday morning rolled around and they called at 8:00am on the nose! At this point I was already impressed. They were at the house in less than two hours to investigate the issue, and replaced the whole unit by Wednesday evening. They were very kind and courteous and did a great job! They will be my goto place for any future heating and air issues!
You guys were great from the start. Got back to me quick on the phone. Let me know when you were on the way. The technician, Bill I believe, was straight forward, kind, and professional. Had me diagnosed and cooling back off pretty quick. I’m always worried that someone is gonna stick to me when it comes to fixing stuff. Cause I don’t have a clue! I called every central air business around our area and Air Supreme was by far the cheapest. They were very friendly, got us an appt the next morning, and came on time. Bill mc callister lv was our service guy. He was extremely friendly and down to earth. He told us exactly what he was going to do and the price ahead of time. Not to mention.our A/C is colder then its ever been! I recommend this company 100 percent!
Technician Dustin B is knowledgeable about our heating & a/c equipment. Has worked on our system previously & has done an excellent job. The Air Supreme company takes care of it’s customers.
Lead Mark Callihan and helper T.J spent a full day at our home installing a new heating/air conditioning split unit. They were both good workers. Mark was often cleaning his work area, vacuuming and throwing things away. T.J lined their work area with cardboard to catch any dirt. Placing cardboard on the floor was a good idea. They worked all day focusing on the job at hand. They were both pleasant and friendly to us, respecting our home. We felt comfortable around them. Before they left, Mark explained everything on the checklist and showed how to work our new thermostat. They cleaned up after their job, not leaving a mess anywhere. I feel they did a thorough job. I highly recommend Air Supreme Heating and Air to install or service your heat/air too. The ladies who work in the office are very nice.
Great service!! Terry and his guys were always prompt with time management from the minute I scheduled an estimate to getting the equipment and installing it. They guys were here all day on a super hot day but never complained once. Couldn’t finish the job in one day due to it getting dark and they came as soon as they could the next day. They were polite and even interacted with our children. Will recommend to everyone!
