When our ac bit the dust on a mid 90° Sunday evening Air Supreme was the only company that answered my call. They asked me if it was urgent or could wait until morning. I told them it could wait over night. They said someone would call me first thing in the morning. Monday morning rolled around and they called at 8:00am on the nose! At this point I was already impressed. They were at the house in less than two hours to investigate the issue, and replaced the whole unit by Wednesday evening. They were very kind and courteous and did a great job! They will be my goto place for any future heating and air issues!

The technician, Bill I believe, was straight forward, kind, and professional. Had me diagnosed and cooling back off pretty quick. I’m always worried that someone is gonna stick to me when it comes to fixing stuff. Cause I don’t have a clue!

I called every central air business around our area and Air Supreme was by far the cheapest. They were very friendly, got us an appt the next morning, and came on time. Bill mc callister lv was our service guy. He was extremely friendly and down to earth. He told us exactly what he was going to do and the price ahead of time. Not to mention.our A/C is colder then its ever been! I recommend this company 100 percent!

Technician Dustin B is knowledgeable about our heating & a/c equipment. Has worked on our system previously & has done an excellent job. The Air Supreme company takes care of it’s customers.

Lead Mark Callihan and helper T.J spent a full day at our home installing a new heating/air conditioning split unit.

They were both good workers. Mark was often cleaning his work area, vacuuming and throwing things away. T.J lined their work area with cardboard to catch any dirt. Placing cardboard on the floor was a good idea. They worked all day focusing on the job at hand. They were both pleasant and friendly to us, respecting our home. We felt comfortable around them.
Before they left, Mark explained everything on the checklist and showed how to work our new thermostat.

They cleaned up after their job, not leaving a mess anywhere.
I feel they did a thorough job.
I highly recommend Air Supreme Heating
and Air to install or service your heat/air too.
The ladies who work in the office are very nice.

Great service!! Terry and his guys were always prompt with time management from the minute I scheduled an estimate to getting the equipment and installing it. They guys were here all day on a super hot day but never complained once. Couldn’t finish the job in one day due to it getting dark and they came as soon as they could the next day. They were polite and even interacted with our children. Will recommend to everyone!

Air Supreme was quick to respond to fix my air conditioning problem and did it at a reasonable price. The service tech, Dustin, was great and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend if you hvac issues

I had yet again another great experience with air supreme this time I had technician Dustin Lewis! He got my new unit installed and working and he even did a quick check of my outside unit to confirm. I just needed it cleaned and nothing was broken! I called this business looking for a run of the mill estimate of how much 1 of their heat pumps would cost a 1,600 sq ft home nothing complex surely they have an idea of what the general unit cost is right ? Every other business in existence including my own has at bare minimum a general idea of what their prices are but not these guys ,first before you've even given them any real information regarding your project they'll try and push you into putting money down (even though they haven't given you any idea what they plan on charging you) because there's going to be a "6% price increase" within a week, if you turn that down they'll ask if you'd be ready to pay for there services within the month (again still no idea what the general/average cost is for said services) ,if you tell them as I did that you planned on procuring the system within a years time and you simply just want to know what the general cost is for a home of your size (because some of us need to know how much we need to save and put away to actually PAY for your service) they will tell you and I quote "You know what just call me when your like 2 weeks from wanting 1 put in) , no sir I don't think I will, but what I do know is I'm in the wrong business cause anybody that can be as pushy and rude as these guys were and still be in business must make a killing off their customers 😂

Air Supreme technicians, Dakota Nance and Dalton Crabtree , came to install a heat pump and auxiliary unit in my attic today. I couldn’t be happier with Dakota and Dalton! We had a couple early speed bumps w the size of the attic access but they were unfazed and offered that it was no big deal and they would figure it out, which they did. They were professional and friendly too! These purchases are a big deal and big money. It helps a ton when you know you can count on people. I knew early in the day I could count of these two! I have another heat pump to put in for the downstairs next week. I would like to request Dakota and Dalton again!!! Also Gordon Meadows came to do professional cleaning of the ductwork. He did super. Very diligent and methodical and did very good work! I highly recommended the Air Supreme Team!! Thank you guys!! Jim

We were very impressed with the professionalism of Air Supreme. Terry explained the different options in detail and worked with us on financing. Billy and Shawn made sure everything was installed and working properly as well as answering any additional questions we had before leaving. Gordon Meadows was thorough in cleaning the ductwork and even found an item we thought was gone for good!
I would highly recommend this business and these individuals to anyone with HVAC needs. Great job Air Supreme!

These guys have never steered me wrong. They do more than meets the eye to help their customers. I know HVAC repair and installation is something many people hate to even think about due to the major expense it can potentially incur. But these guys are more than reasonable and if you take advantage of their tune-up specials to service your equipment then you can expect it to last much longer. They offer some of the best seasonal deals, club memberships, and discounts in their field. And if that’s not enough, their customer service alone is outstanding enough to keep your business for life. If you call them and they are swamped - they still make every effort to work you in on their busy schedule. If you need honest professional advice about your heating and air - they don’t sugar coat it or sell you unnecessary services, repairs, or parts. In my case, they recommended a “compressor saver” and that part may have saved my old outdoor unit from total failure. I recently had a bad capacitor but that recommendation a couple years ago likely saved my condenser fan and compressor from failure due to the added stress on the system.

If you don’t call Air Supreme Heating and Air for your heating and cooling needs, then you’re doing yourself a major disservice. I’m just a regular customer like anyone else, but they treated me like I was more than just another service call, and at a price that’s more than fair.

You all have been kind, courteous, professional, neat, friendly, no matter who was here for each step. I HIGHLY recommend you to everyone I see!! Well done on making us satisfied customers!!

Dustin B. From Air Supreme was prompt and so kind. Very realistic and relatable, nonjudgmental, and came across as very trustworthy. He answered ALL of my questions with answers I could understand, and genuinely put my mind AT EASE that everything I needed done will be taken care of. If I could rate 10 stars I would. We recently arrived home from a family vacation to discover our furnace was not working the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Luckily we were able to get in contact with Terry Callihan that night and he had one of his technicians at our home the very next day, a Sunday, to assess the situation. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our entire unit, a stressful situation for anyone at anytime but especially right after a vacation and just before the holiday season. But thankfully, the entire Air Supreme team took amazing care of us from start to finish and by Monday night we had a new, more efficient, unit to heat and cool our home thanks to Terry Callihan, Mark Callihan and everyone at Air Supreme. We could not be happier customers and give them our highest approval and recommendations!

I am the project manager over Reconstruction for Service Master Restore, We always use Terry for all our HVAC repairs and for a lot of our electrical work as well, they never disappoint and always stand behind there work. Great people and superior service.
