Absolute worst experience with this company and Josh the “service manager”. First, in all of the other bad reviews they respond to customers that they do not work with warranty companies. That is false and a lie like everything else Josh has said because that’s how we were assigned their company, through American Home Shield warranty. Second, they no call no showed our first *two* appointments after having to stay home from work twice during their 11am-8pm window. Two days wasted. Then their technician Jeremy finally made it out (he was friendly and no complaints about Jeremy) and told us we needed a new unit. That any repair we would try wouldn’t work as we needed a new coil and due to new codes etc we could not replace our coil. Thats when the service manager Josh told the home warranty that all we needed was a “recharge” after the actual HVAC tech said that wouldn't work. They wanted to charge $800 for fluids to be added to leak right out just to come back and make more money when they know and told us that’s not going to work. Then Josh said they didn't even do a leak test at the time of our appt so we have to do costly line work incase the line is leaking not the coil. Again the tech said it was the coil as we were completely out of fluid and if it was needed then why was the leak check not done or mentioned at the initial appt we paid $125 for? He has done nothing but give us the runaround and his stories don’t match the technician from his own company or what my home warranty themselves told me he said. Lies and more lies (just like him replying here that he doesn’t work for home warranties when he clearly does). I would run as far away as you can from this company. What an extremely stressful and horrible experience being gaslit and left sitting at home waiting while they no call no show two times. We have been trying to have this resolved for several weeks now and its a disaster. For the record this company also goes by Floyds Heating and Air out of Sebree, KY with the same phone number. He told me he is banning me from service because I told him he was a con the way he’s doing things. That just does me a favor so I can get someone else my money who knows what they're doing and isn't dishonest.
