Jeremiah Vanmeter was my technician for a plumbing issue which came up today. He was friendly, informative, professional and fast.

We depend on DAUENHAER for maintenance on heating/air systems... but ... They also solve any emergencies that arise.with electrical, plumbing or heating. From the professional , friendly staff that answer the phones to the quickly dispatched technicians at Dauenhauer, I rely on them to keep my home safe and comfortable.

The toughest thing about this group is spelling the name correctly .... DAUENHAUER!

After moving into our new house, we noticed when water was turned on for the house, water leaked out of the siding of our house near our water heater. We were thrilled that Matt Pendygraft of Dauenhauer Plumbing quickly debugged the problem and fixed it for 40% less than what I feared we would have to spend. He did this all in about 3 hours. What a pro! His truck had all the parts he needed to bring our water heater up to code and fix the problem! We're so relieved and happy! We celebrated that evening.

Mr. Jordan was very professional and courteous. He did a phenomenal job and he completed the job in a timely manner. Really appreciate the prompt customer service that I received from him.

Very grateful they were available on a holiday. Overall a great experience from the initial call to schedule service and the service itself. I will definitely recommend to others. When you care about your customer, that supersedes all else and they really delivered.

Had someone come out to diagnose an issue. They said I needed my duct work replaced and would get a quote together. Paid 99 dollar service fee and never received a quote. I called 3 times and was told the manager was trying to figure out pricing. Now I get a text asking to give a five star review.

So happy I was able to schedule an appt with you guys and get u out here same day. Timothy was great. Came on time. Very clear on what he found while inspecting the circuit box. I’m very happy with the service call.

Chase was very professional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My event was not due to a plumbing leak but due to condensation on my vents. This work was not in the scope for a Plumber.

After over a month, we still do not have a working HVAC unit. A new unit was installed, removed, then another one installed. We keep hearing different excuses like “we have to wait for a smaller technician who can fit into the space” to “wait for the snow to melt off the roof” and when we call we just get passed around. We are waiting on a discount we were promised over a month ago and told a check was sent in the mail. No check. They got our unit working but as they were leaving my driveway it stopped again. I immediately called and told the dispatcher I could see the men on my driveway to please tell them to turn around. She said she would call back and I never heard anything. It’s been so dishonest. Meanwhile we have been paying for a unit that does not work. Please someone at Daunhauer, help us.

Definitely 5 stars for Andrew. Very good communication, before and after and very good results. Especially the difficult challenge of replacing a commode in an old house with only one Restroom. My mother was very pleased! Thanks Andrew.

Chris Han came out to our business and fixed the plumbing issue quickly and efficiently! Explained what was going on and kept in constant communication. We will definitely be using this company again for our businesses.

Left a mess behind after removing toilet. Unsure what material was left on tub, walls, floor, etc. Still waiting on information if someone will return to clean up or ?

Donivan was great. He made the repair quick and easy and now our washer works great! If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely be calling them back

We have a 2 year old Rheem hot water system. The burner would come on and shutdown because it was ovwrheating. We called Dauenhauer. David came out that day and diagnosed the problem. As the unit was under warranty, David called Rheem and arranged for the replacemnt parts to be shipped directly to our home. When we called Dauenhauer to let them know the parts had arrived they scheduled David to come out the next morning.
We now have hot water again thanks to the great, courtious and profressional service that David and the rest of the Dauenhauer team provided.
We were so impressed with David we signed up for the VIP program and have made Dauenhauer our go to for our mainenance and repair needs.

Our tech was Scott. Very friendly and efficient, made sure to give quotes before doing anything major and thankfully was able to snake our sewer line without needing to pull the entire toilet out to clear our clog issue. A wonderful experience and reasonable pricing imo considering it was a weekend call. Would absolutely recommend in future endeavors. My parents have said they intend to request their services in the future when they have issues with their plumbing.

We had a pipe blockage between our house and the street causing our toilets and bathtubs to back up with water. I called Dauenhauer and they were able to get a plumber out later the same day. Tyler quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. We appreciated how professional and friendly he was. Great service at a reasonable price.

Plumbing inspection, he did a great job!
He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He explained everything me in full detail so I can pass it along to my husband. We were quoted on the spot for things he recommend. When we do replace out Water heater Eric will come out to do that job too, that is because of the workmanship he did today then it will be done by him correctly! He gets 10 stars in my book. Every time I need a plumber I will wait for him to do the work at our house. Thank you for a Exeptional Job!

Mr Norris Martin was excellent! He did several tests to confirm what was wrong with our clogged toilet. After determining the correct measures to take in just a short time the toilet flushed and water ran freely. Mr Martin was absolutely wonderful. This young man was a very positive reflection on your company.
