My technician was great. Polite friendly and got the job done right. My problem was scheduling. I had a window of 10:00-2:00. Had to follow up twice and the tech arrived after 4:00.

Our plumbing repairman Chris Han did an excellent job! He assessed the situation regarding one of our toilets, took measures to rule out a couple possible scenarios, which enabled him to conclude what he believed was the real problem. Then he fixed the problem, and that turned out to be the correct resolution. So far, all is well! Chris was also great about explaining everything he was doing. If we ever need plumbing repair in the future, I will always request Chris.

We trusted Dauenhauer when they said our HVAC needed over $1000 of repairs/parts. They assured us it would work for years. Less than a year later they said the unit needed to be replaced. The new $15,000+ unit did not work after installing and they tried to replace parts on the new unit. There was zero communication with us and management. We had guys working until after midnight annd were without heat for a week in 3 degree weather. After three days of attempting to set up a faulty unit, we demanded a replacement. We asked for some kind of discount because it was obvious we had been lied to about our old unit and the condition of the new unit. They said at best they could take off $500. We have tried contacting someone since December 26,2025 and no one has responded to us. We have been told they’re waiting to get it cleared etc. and they will call us. No call, just more waiting and more dishonesty. We plan to contact the BBB. Truly disappointed in the dishonesty of this company.

He did an excellent job. Professional and courteous. He was thorough with his work as he tested things three times before saying it was fixed. I appreciate him coming out so late into Christmas Eve night to make sure our Christmas went smoothly.

Outstanding, Michael arrived when scheduled and did a perfect job with no problems. He cleaned up and explained and showed me everything he did. Paperwork was signed and explained where I good understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were happy with his job, the employee was very nice, he called before his arrival. He checked the damage and gave me an estimate. While he was working he showed what was wrong with the toilet and showed me pictures of the water leaking. We were satisfied with his work. They also fixed a leaking under the kitchen sink. Great Team!

The plumbing tech Andrew was extremely courteous and helpful. He was able to get the drain cleared out and showed me the water draining for over 20 minutes with no backup. He had to snake for over an hour to clear out the build up from an old iron pipe drain and he put everything back together and even cleaned our sink with dirt build up from the clog. He explained the probable cause and what to do to help prevent future issues and even explained procedures that might be necessary if drain lines worsen in future. I’m very pleased and thankful.

We really had a rough go around this week with our septic. It was backing up so we had our tank pumped and noticed a clog… my husband could not get it figured out. Thankfully they came out next day. Our plumber was super friendly and he was young guy I didn’t get his name but I will say that boy worked very hard and I really appreciated that. I was so worried he wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed but he did. He repaired some stuff that was messed up and broken at the base of our toilet and everything’s been working good. It was $650 but the peace of mind is so worth it. I recommend this company
